Tres bon sejour dans l'etablissement
Nous avons reserve une chambre pour deux, sur le site nous avons réglé pour une chambre à 3 , pas d'autres disponibles, la différence de prix n'a pas ete soustraite. Pourquoi?

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, gentillesse et bienveillance. Les chambres sont en cours de rénovation. La notre était un peu vieillotte mais la literie impeccable et le calme a compensé la déco passée, qui de toue façon va disparaître.

Although the staff and service were excellent, the property and rooms appeared outdated. The absence of air conditioning made the stay challenging.

Nous venons prendre tous les ans un petit dej pendant l’ironman et toujours un vrai plaisir avec un super accueil et une mention + au petit jeune qui s’est occupé de nous le samedi 19 merci pour sa bienveillance nous avons profité de la terrasse dehors trop bien

Une grande chambre avec 5 couchages pour une centaine d’euro c’est pas cher. Par contre pas de Clim et chaleur étouffante au point de ne pas pouvoir dormir. Chambre sur rue bruyante. Décoration abominablement daté. Couloir en sale état au 7eme. Bref.

Friendly and available staff. Quiet and well located hotel (facing a park and close to Vichy). However, the whole would need to be refreshed and emptied of its pigeons (noise pollution and dirt on the balconies).
