We always stay at the Hampton Inn because they're good quality and you always know what you're going to get. No so with this one. We chose this location because we could park there for the 13 days of our trip, take the shuttle to the airport and back and then stay overnight on our return. Our room had 2 queen beds; the sheets on one were stained. The bathroom tile was cracked and although Daylight Savings Time had happened some 3 weeks earlier, the clock had not been changed. The room smelled and there was a general lack of cleanliness.

Nice location and close to the airport. Shuttle to airport. Just sign up and they take you on the hour.

The entire stay was exceptional. The spacious bedroom was comfortable, warmed up real fast since it was 19 degrees outside at the time of my stay. We definitely would stay here again.

Hotel and breakfast all excellent. Only complaint was no conditioner in shower bottle and you couldn't tell until you went to use it, and only two large towels for two adults (most women need 1 ffor their hair). Otherwise very comfortable, clean and staff was great!

Room was comfortable; pillows comfy;bathroom large;good light over the mirror; mirror in the main part of the room & full-length mirrors on closet; good breakfast; nice tea selection…both it and coffee always conveniently available in lobby; good breakfast with many options.
