I have stayed at a lot of Best Western’s and this was my most disappointing. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and whilst the bathroom had been fairly newly refurbished, the design of the bathtub/shower meant that the side of the tub was very high to climb over and the shower head was mounted quite low. I am 5ft 8 and found it only just high enough. A taller person would struggle to wash hair easily. Towels were small, and low in quantity. The smell of popcorn from the bar area was overpowering and overwhelmed the whole hotel. Breakfast was not well stocked and was understaffed. We were unfortunate that we had some very inconsiderate and noisy neighbours near our room who kept us awake with loud music, doors slamming and wall banging through the night. Despite repeated calls to reception at 11:30pm and 1:00am not much was done and as a result very little sleep was had. We were in town for my son’s tumbling competition and this was not the preparation we needed. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying at this hotel again.

The swimming pool water was very dirty. Staff seem to be disconnected or disconcerted with what’s happening around. Not very attentive nor willing to help much.

I checked in very late, had breakfast and left, but I appreciated the staff greeting I received when I got there, and the offer of tea or coffee. Breakfast area was very nice and the staff I met in the halls and elevator were very friendly.

Loved our stay there. The staff was the nicest. They made popcorn on friday! The breakfast is good according to my boyfriend. I only had the cereals and almond milk (thank you for including dairy free options). It was real sweet !! I recommend eating at Shoeless Joe next to the hotel, it was so good. The pool is nice and the little hot tub is even nicer. Thank you Belleville !

It wss amazing experience with best western, room are clean staff is so helpful amazing hospitality well done bw team.
Only reason for me not be rate overall 5, breakfast is not so good and highly recommend they should improve on this.
