Clean hotel, warm and friendly environment. Nice location. I enjoyed my stay here

Room was clean, breakfast was skimpy but hit. Tub stopper was broken.

Nice hotel but because they allow dogs it was noisy with barking outside our window at times.

The place is pet friendly yet the rooms were so clean you couldn't tell. The service was fantastic - all the staff were super helpful and very nice. We stayed for 7 nights and this is my new fave place in the Omaha Metro. Hot breakfast, good parking, nice stay, clean rooms and I felt VERY SAFE here. For under $100 per night, it's impossible to find a better deal. We WILL be back! I have recommended this place to other people already.

It's a great location. It's nice to see wildlife running around in the back field and still close to all amenities. Staff was friendly and a feeling of being secure helps in getting your rest. Good comfortable beds too.

I have stayed at a Microtel before and have had good experiences. This one is in a good location; not too far from downtown Omaha and in a quiet location away from traffic noise. When we left the Orpheum Theater after a night performance, the drive avoided downtown traffic and lights. There was little traffic enroute to our hotel. There is a RUNZA right next door and other eating establishments very close. We didn't have time for shopping, but the map shows that there are some options nearby. The queen beds were comfortable and ample pillows were provided. We made use of the mini frig in our room. There was no traffic noise and the front parking area is well-lit. The one complaint that I do have is the bad breakfast: We were told it starts at 6:30. When we went at 7:30, the gravy was barely even room temperature let alone hot, the apple juice tasted like straight water, and the orange juice had a funky flavor- kind of similar to the way mold smells. Thankfully there were fresh apples and bananas in addition to yogurt and dry cereal. If we had a long drive ahead of us, we probably would have needed to supplement this with a fast food breakfast. Despite the disappointing breakfast, we decided we would stay here again next time we are in Omaha.

Very nice place

Our stay was great. Easy check in and check out. They had a problem with the keys reseting every day, but we just had to take them to the desk and get new ones. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel based on price point and reviews, and it's convenient location to my destination. I was surprised to find no coffee maker, microwave or mini fridge in the room. Yes, coffee available in the lobby 24/7 however the complimentary breakfast wasn't put out until 7am. Just timing on my part, but i had to leave for my destination before that. The staff was very friendly and the room clean and comfortable. I still rate it overall highly, just need to be aware of the limitations in the amenities.
