Hotel very well located and clean. The staff is very pleasant. On the other hand, the spa is a little disappointing.

Hôtel refait avec goût, avec quelques petits travaux ou réparations qui restent à faire. Sinon très bon petit déjeuner piscine sauna jacuzzi super (hammam en panne).

The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The hotel is very quiet and the staff welcoming. The breakfast is excellent, nothing is missing. Having to book your time is a little confusing, but as a result there are no crowds when our turn arrives.

Very good experience in this lovely hotel! We spent one night with breakfast and thalasse included in our reservation. Pretty room with practical and functional amenities such as sliding doors delimiting the bathroom space that can be opened and closed. Very pleasant relaxation area with swimming pool, hammam, sauna, and a brand new jacuzzi! The breakfast was a treat, with a wide choice of products (savory, sweet, homemade or not….), we left with a full stomach!

Nice hotel in the city center, you can do everything on foot but parking is a little complicated. The restaurant was closed the evening I was there.

The welcome is perfect. The room was clean and cozy. The relaxation area was pleasant: the yellow color criticized by a previous user has just been replaced by a more modern gray-blue and a jacuzzi is being installed: promising. We also really appreciated the relaxation area offering tea, coffee and biscuits in a cozy setting. We will not hesitate to come back.

Very good stay because I know this hotel, it is the 2nd time that I have had a 4 night stay. Hearty and very good lunch. Hotel close to the city center 5 minutes walk. Spa recently renovated. Spacious room. The only downside is that the heating is too light because despite the 21° displayed on the temperature display, we were a little cold, the cause is the ventilation of the window door or there is too much cold air which comes in from outside. I informed the hotel who replied that they would resolve the problem.

The bedding, warmth of the room: you will sleep like a warm baby Storage, TV, shower, kettle... Everything is at your disposal, nothing is missing breakfast: if you complain it is because you are really difficult because there are all the possible choices in the buffet, therefore unlimited, just like coffee or other cleanliness: nothing to complain about swimming pool: you feel the heat of the water before even entering NO it is not not a giant Olympic swimming pool, but a very precious place. I had read Smell of chlorine in a review, there is absolutely none hamman sauna: not tested the staff: from the receptionists, to the maids, to the breakfast lady, it's nothing but smiles, kindness , friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism, a sweet pleasure the location, let's not talk about it: just ideal... Shops, parks, walks where you will be amazed... Well the Lake is a little further away, just take the bus, also very close, just like the station... Don't hesitate...
