Super weekend romantique passé à L'incomparable. La pluie le samedi a fait que nous avons pleinement profités des différents services du SPA (massage, jacuzzi,etc). Le personnel est agréable et au petit soin. Un endroit avec une magnifique vue, petit déjeuner très copieux. Vraiment un très bel endroit pour passé un weekend sur Aix-les-Bains !

Endroit magnifique, hôtel avec beaucoup de charme mais quelle déception concernant le personnel. Manque du personnel à l’accueil et la réception. C’est la base de ce métier. Et manque un patron pour diriger cette équipe avec beaucoup trop de jeunes sans expérience. Dommage pour un 5 étoiles.

L’incomparable porte bien son nom, vue incomparable, chambres vues lac incroyables, accueil chaleureux et à l’écoute. Jacuzzi extérieur à tomber. Spa parfait. Le seul problème est de partir de cet endroit sublime. À refaire sans aucun doute .

Malgré une super vue sur le lac et un personnel trés attentionné, on est un peu déçu car jacuzzi envahi d'abeilles, Hamman fonctionnant de façon intermittente et bruits secondaires à la mise en place du restaurant jusqu'au environ de minuit

Quel séjour exceptionnel au sein de cet établissement à l'emplacement parfait. La chambre au confort douillet, le parc magnifique, le salon à la décoration soignée, la terrasse à la vue imprenable sur le lac du Bourget. Nous avons apprécié sans réserve la disponibilité, la prévenance, le professionnalisme de l'ensemble du personnel, du service d'étage au service au restaurant, en passant par une réception des plus agréable. Chaque demande est traitée avec un maximum de soin et d'attachement à la satisfaction du client. Le tout avec simplicité et convivialité, dans un parfait équilibre. Et que dire du restaurant, à la cuisine si incroyable qu'elle offre un voyage gustatif riche en émotions: saveurs délicates, associations percutantes, le repas se vit comme un grand huit. Un vrai plaisir de pouvoir féliciter, et surtout remercier le chef Antoine CEVOZ sur le fil du départ, pour ce moment d'exception que nous avons eu le plaisir, et le privilège de vivre. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir passer un séjour au sein de cet établissement, dans lequel l'élégance est portée par chacun, avec discrétion et délicatesse.
