The hotel is run down

Our room did not get cleaned even after speaking to the front desk twice.
We stayed 5 nights and our room was cleaned once.
We did not receive a discount for the lack of cleaning.
Will not be staying here again.
Do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was promoted as a 3 star, it is definitely a 2 star. Not bad, good location, but not 3 star. More of a budget hotel.
