The location of the hotel is very good. Especially Hot Tub, kids love it!
The coffee at the mini bar☕️ is rich and mellow, and the fireplace in the lobby is blazing. Sitting on the sofa in the lobby and enjoying the snow scenery outside, it is warm and beautiful!
The surrounding snow scenery of Whatcom Fall park is so beautiful!

This hotel should be under 100 a night for the service and amenities provided. I booked this at 500 a night (!), expecting at that rate we would be in a stellar property with outstanding service. Was I ever wrong. Room was poorly cleaned (dirty) upon arrival (long black hairs on on the bathroom walls and floor...ugh). Shower drain was faulty, so had to shower in shin-deep water. We complained - no repair or accomodation was made. There is only room cleaning one time during a 3 day stay (every other day). And the cleaning we received was pretty much only new towels, the bathroom and carpets were still unclean. Again, if the costs matched the property, like less than a hundred a night, I would not have cared as much. But I was absolutely ripped off by this place. Never, ever again

Right when I walked in the smell that they must pump through their smell, so good, it reminded me of Hawaii, also, we have a puppy, and they were very accommodating

The hotel was fairly close to downtown and easy to walk to even though it's on the other side of the highway. Pricing was a bit high considering that it's just a normal chain hotel and breakfast is not included.

Great room, very comfortable. The on-site restaurant/bar was much appreciated after a long day. The desk clerk was very helpful with a small issue in the room which he took care of promptly. Good service.
