I stayed for 3 nights on May bank holiday. After travelling for 10 hrs, all I wanted was a good nights sleep, unfortunately there were 3 girls in the room next door , drinking, shouting and making a lot of noise, eventually at 2.00 am , I had to go to reception to complain, as I was going back to my room one of the girls , gave me verbal abuse because I had complained about them, needless to say, the noise continued. I am a 70yr old lady , who was in the room alone, so I was deeply upset at the situation. Although they were given 2 warnings , they didn’t care , it continued and the cleaner had to tell them to be quiet at 9.00 am. I got no sleep whatsoever, I was given a voucher for Costa coffee the next day. The stay here cost me £263 , I did ask about compensation for the night, to be told the staff member would speak to the Manager, regarding this. No compensation has been given. I certainly will not stay here again.

Wasn't satisfied with the standard of cleaness. Rooms are also right next to the entrance to the services which makes it noisy with all the traffic coming in and out.

No early check in available despite being offered on confirmation email. No reception staff, no manager on site until 3pm. Telephone number at reception answered by cleaner who needs to be paid more, she was left with unhappy people not being able to check in early because of lack of Hotel staff availability.
