Ho soggiornato presso l'Albergo Cappello il 4 e 5 novembre, in una camera matrimoniale deluxe. La posizione dell'albergo è insuperabile (si trova in pieno centro), quello che non mi sarei aspettata di trovare è una camera meravigliosa di nuova ristrutturazione, con letto queen size e luci colorate dimmerabili sia in camera che nel bagno, ampi spazi, con scrivania, frigobar, cabina armadio, temperatura regolabile con termostato digitale! La camera è silenziosa e dotata di ogni comfort, il materasso comodissimo. Bagno con una grande doccia completamente nuovo. Ci tornerò presto, grazie per la vostra cordialità.

This hotel has an old fashioned feel to it, but I found it clean and quiet. There must be two classes of rooms in this hotel because my room looked nothing like the official photos. Breakfast was simple but good.

This hotel was convieniently located near all of the shopping, dining and walkable from the train station. Our room was large and newly remolded with a very modern bathroom. The included breakfast was full of wonderful options and fresh pastries. They have a laundry facility with a small charge that we took advantange of since it was in the middle of our trip. We discovered that Beaune is the Sister City to our town of Bend Oregon so that was just to see the plaque in the town center. Lots of great shopping near by and restaurant options.

La camera e il bagno ristrutturati da poco il resto della struttura piuttosto vecchiotto. Parcheggio interno insufficiente poiché bisogna lasciare le chiavi alla reception ed in caso di partenza ci vuole molto tempo prima che le auto vengano spostate

Beautifully refurbished historical hotel, right in the centre of Belluno. The rooms are spotless and spacious, and equipped with every comfort (including a kettle). Smart shower with LED changing lights and rain shower head. Extremely comfortable beds.
The only issue we had was with on-site parking, there seemed to be some confusion between the members of staff regarding parking reservation policy. Make sure you either book your parking spot, or park nearby in Piazza Piloni or at Parcheggio Lambioi (connected to the city centre via escalator).
