Struttura d'altri tempi gestita da una signora molto gentile e genuina. Colazione compresa nella nostra tariffa, con latte caldo, caffè, pane fresco, marmellate di qualità, burro, brioches o panino dolce. Per chi ama il salato come me, la signora prepara volentieri anche uova e formaggio. L'appartamento dove siamo stati noi (2 colleghi) era molto grande, con due bagni -uno per ciascun piano. Doccia calda e potente, ma frequente allagamento del bagno in prossimità del piatto doccia. Nel bagno presente solo il sapone per le mani. Cucina con 4 fuochi comoda, pentole e stoviglie varie abbastanza ben assortite. Riscaldamento non intuitivo da regolare almeno per noi, comunque poco male, non faceva troppo freddo. Comodità materassi nella media, così come dei cuscini. Luogo tranquillo e immerso nella campagna, a poca distanza da Belluno città. Complessivamente esperienza buona, lo consigliamo!

Abbiamo trovato quel che cercavamo: privacy, natura vera, sala ristorante/colazione che sembra le osterie di una volta. Appartamento molto caldo e spazioso, letto comodo e ci si sveglia e si vive nella natura pur essendo a 5 minuti di auto e poco più a piedi, da Belluno città. Unico coniglio sistemare/mettere tende scure su tutte le finestre. Bello svegliarsi con la natura, ma dipende sempre cosq si è fatto la sera

We stayed here in mid-April. It was very green with snow in the mountains above. We had a very beautiful and calm apar**ent. It was really well-equipped and relaxing. The host was extremely kind and the premises are very tranquil. We loved it.

Me and my partner arrived to Venice late at 8pm. We found this place last minute a night before and thought we book it as the price was fair for a night. There wasn't issue with arriving late as the host is responding via Airbnb app all the time and also there was a clear instructions on how to get in where to park and what number to call. The property is definitely breath taking. You wouldn't expect it by looking at it from outside. They kept the historical walls from outside but once you walk in to the apar**ent everything is perfect and clean and the apar**ent is fully equipped. It is located in a beautiful surroundings and there are small towns around just in case you fancy pizza or beer. We had to depart very early the next day as we were heading to the mountains for hike but if we ever will have time to come again and stay longer we would. You can also book dinner or brunch on their website if you wish. And breakfast was included but we had to leave before that which was shame. Thank you for everything. Pavi and Peter

Carino, accogliente, appartamento come da aspettative ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre necessità, immerso nella natura, relax, cibo molto buono, di casa. Il menú per la cena è fisso, per 20 euro a testa sono inclusi primo e secondo del giorno. Non c'è un menù a scelta, si mangia quello che c'è quel giorno, ma prodotti genuini e davvero buoni. Siamo stati bene.

Le stanze sono in realtà delle piccole casette,complete di cucina/soggiorno al piano terra e camera da letto con bagno al primo piano. Colazione semplice, con brioche fresche, molto apprezzate! Comodissima la possibilità di cenare in loco (prezzo economico, menù fisso). Comodo da raggiungere, e vicinissimo al centro di Belluno.

Logement rustique simple, confortable et spacieux, propre mais avec une salle de douche qui mériterait un peu de rénovation. Isolation à revoir entre les logements, petit déjeuner agréable sous les tonnelles et accueil charmant.

Bellissimo agriturismo che mi ha ricordato la mia infanzia in campagna. L’appartamento comodo, silenzioso e ampio. Spero di tornare e di cenare, perché i tavoli esterni in un bellissimo cortile e il profumo che arrivava dalla cucina erano qualcosa di irresistibile. Ambiente familiare e accogliente.

L'annonce est trompeuse : Nous devions avoir une chambre bien blanche et à l'arrivée les murs étaient jaunâtres, plein de trainées de bêtes écrasées de partout. Les rideaux, les alèses, les dessus de chaises étaient tâchés. C'était bien la même chambre mais surement des années en arrière ! Très très rustique aussi ! De plus, le ménage n'était pas fait. L'accueil a été assez froid. On nous a ouvert la porte et c'est tout. Par contre, c'est vraiment dommage car le domaine serait magnifique ! Les petits-déjeuners sous la terrasse sont magiques !
