Broadway Guest House

We arrived late afternoon to a friendly host, who helped us to our room and made us feel welcome. The room was neat and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and the owner, René, was só friendly and made us feel very special!

the Bellville Guest House is convenient near the N1. The rooms are spacious and clean bedding and beds are in good condition. The breakfast is good, a good variety choices is appreciated Safe parking, is very important.

We stayed for 3 weeks following surgery at LLM, and thanks to Rina, Amanda, Heidi and all the staff for looking after us so well! For me the proximity to the MediClinic was a major reason for staying here. It's 20 minutes from the Waterfront, same to Canal Walk, and about 10 minutes from Tyger Valley, so visits to the usual places are a short drive away. This is my second extended stay at the Guesthouse. Every assistance was offered and I am so grateful for their support. It is like staying with good friends. The room and beds are extremely comfortable. The room rate is really very affordable. The power cuts in Cape Town were very annoying and are up to 8.5 hours a day. The Guesthouse provides back-up power for lighting though the aircon, TV and sockets in the room are off during these times. The problem is the power, not the Guesthouse of course. WiFi is a bit patchy. We organised a few visits to Durbanville Wine farm, plus Aquila Game Reserve + others, and hotel pick-up at the Guesthouse using Viator was straightforward.

Having stayed at several guest houses throughout the country I can definitely say that nothing came close to the hospitality I experienced at Broadway Guest House. From the first moment I arrived I was warmly welcomed and felt right at home by the owners and all of the staff members. The bed was very comfortable and I had an excellent sleep. The WiFi signal has greatly improved and is now strong throughout the property in every room. Breakfast was tasty and my vegan dietary was cared for. I warmheartly recommend Broadway Guest House and would return any time.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The guest house is perfectly situated between the hospital and shops. The rooms and bathroom were clean and smelled nice. I will definitely recommend Broadway Guesthouse

Property is neat and clean. Rooms are quite large with Owner is very focused on making your stay a good one. Very accommodating and professional. I had double beds, bath with shower conversion. I had very specific requests regarding my breakfast and it was done just the way I asked for it. Great Stay!

I don't mind booking there again. Clean and not far from N1. The distance from the airport allows you to explore the Cape. Nice view of Table Mountain as you enter Cape Town from Belville. Not that difficult to find the place

Neat, clean, very and helpful team on-site...would definitely recommend to other travellers. Easily accessible from airport...15min drive, nicely located and all ammenities in close proximity to venue. Well managed and friendly, quick call to service on one's requests
