Very bad! As soon as we landed at the airport, we found that the hotel was cancelled by the store for no reason! I have never encountered such a black-hearted store! And no refund! Ctrip was also very slow in handling the matter, which resulted in several hours of coordination. Many platforms could not book rooms after 12:00, and Ctrip passed the buck and failed to handle it. Moreover, Ctrip could not book a hotel in Perth that could be checked in, so we had to find a new place to stay temporarily. We waited at the airport all the time, from 10:30 to more than 2:00 in the morning. Ctrip did not handle it properly the next day! Reserve the right to complain to relevant government departments and the media!

Unappealing suburb & exterior - dry, no garden, no undercover parking for hot conditions. The room was comfortable, clean, sizeable & pleasant.

This property was pristine. It was extrememely easy to check in and out. Its best point was how very convenient it was to Perth airport. It's not close to other Perth tourist attractions but perfect if you are arriving late or leaving early from the airport.
