Good room, comfortable bed, but a little dark, basic without much decoration or amenities. The receptionist charged me twice and I had to receive a refund after the stay. Location is great, close to several restaurants and shopping malls.

The location is good, however I found the service to be below average. The impression that the staff was not in the mood to work. Don't forget to call reception as they won't answer you - you'll have to go down from your apar**ent to reception if you need something - it was like that with me and my son (we booked 2 rooms). It was fine for a day trip... but on a return to BH I would look for another hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at Mercure Lourdes from the very start. Márcio was incredibly informative about upgrade options, breakfast details, and parking, making check-in a breeze. The room was very comfortable, and I had a really nice stay overall. To my surprise, the manager Breno came to check on my stay and even gave me a handwritten welcoming note and a gift. The team at Mercure Lourdes is truly kind and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
