É um lugar super bem localizado, próximo ao centro, comércios e restaurantes. Produtos de qualidade e limpeza impecável do quarto, além de atendimento atencioso em todos os serviços, desde a recepção até serviço de quarto. Recomendo para quem estiver de passagem a trabalho.

Não tivemos uma boa experiência no Novotel BH Savassi. O checkin foi extremamente demorado (e chegamos após o horário inicial). No quarto, a pia do banheiro estava entupida, não tinha sabonete líquido e nem shampoo nos potes fixos. A toalha de banho do segundo dia, simplesmente estava RASGADA. Esses fatos são inadmissíveis para um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas. Fiquei muito decepcionada, pois já havia me hospedado no Novotel em Paris e lá era uma realidade bem diferente.

Sem dúvida nenhuma, atualmente o melhor hotel em Belo Horizonte. Excelentes localização, atendimento, instalações, e o restaurante Nuu é simplesmente um dos melhores da cidade, uma exceção no setor hoteleiro, seja no café da manhã, seja no almoço e jantar. Uma das coisas que mais dou valor em um hotel é o atendimento, e certamente este hotel tem nota 10 neste quesito.

Gosto do hotel. Novo e bem decorado. Precisando de alguma manutenção na pintura do banheiro e em manchas no carpete do corredor. Nesta estadia em particular, dispenser de shampoo vazio e apenas um filete de água na pia. Em outra ocasião, havia um cheiro insuportável de cigarro na acomodação. Alô camareiras!!!
Recomendo cuidado com o consumo da água do frigobar: custa R$ 13,00.
