Hotel is at a traditional building, with some 40 years built but staff is very gentle and I truly enjoyed my 02 day stay.

Excellent hotel, the only problem is the TV, which does not have good channel options.

Hotel in a great location, comfortable bed, plenty of mirrors in almost every part of the room, only the bathroom I found to be a little small was the shower! All the staff are very receptive and polite, but a young, tall guy, of course, who helps the agent with luggage caught my attention with his charisma, friendliness, and humility.

I loved my stay, the hotel was well located, super cozy, with a great structure. Great service.

We made the reservation and a few days before I called to confirm if there would be a room with a double bed available, when checking they didn't want to put us in a room with a double bed because we were a *** couple, so far so good. As we knew that BH would be raining, we looked for a hotel that, in addition to a swimming pool, had a sauna to spend time during the day, the sauna simply didn't work. I don't recommend the hotel to anyone, it doesn't meet all the items listed.

The hotel is very good, I've stayed there other times. But this time they put me in a room that seemed to have no wall or ceiling with another room. Lots of noise from hydraulics, conversations and others.

Unfortunately, I made a wrong reservation and the trip didn't refund me. Ordering in advance. They called me about 3 times but only staff spoke in English and I don't speak English.

We were very well looked after and accommodated. Highlighting the professionalism, empathy and agility of Paulo at reception, who allocated us an excellent room at our request.

The room we were offered has nothing to do with the room shown but photos. The bathroom is old, the shower can barely fit a person and was recently painted with epoxy paint, so much so that the tapes are still stuck on. The air conditioning cools well, but the noise is unbearable. Full of gaps and clearly not maintained. Good bed, small TV with horrible image quality. Good breakfast, filthy pool. Excellent location in the center of BH. I won't be back.

The Internet was terrible. It didn't connect and when it did, it was very difficult to navigate. The sink was clogged. The service was very good.... the breakfast was excellent.
