Café da manhã ruim é caro. 45,00 por pessoa …. 20,00 já seria muito pela qualidade e variedade dos itens . Funcionários são cordiais . Hotel tem um spa com hidromassagem, mas simplesmente a água da piscina estava gelada e a hidro não funcionava . Falta de respeito . Fiquei indignada , já que escolhi o hotel por causa do spa .

O quarto do hotel era ótimo muito confortável, porém a hidromassagem estava em manutenção e a piscina estava suja. Acho que deveria ter sido avisado na hora da reserva. Pois escolhemos esse hotel exclusivamente por conta da hidro e da piscina coberta já que estava chovendo.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, com ótima infraestrutura, bem limpo, café da manhã bem diversificado. O atendimento (recepção, café, limpeza etc.) foi bem educado, prestativo e atencioso. Recomendo, e voltaríamos a nos hospedar com certeza!

Estadia boa. Reservei 2 diárias , um para mim e outro para meu filho. Até hoje. Renovei Mai uma diária.
Meu quarto sem nenhum problema.
Meu filho vai pedir para trocar o dele pois o vaso entope muito e a tomada não funciona. E ele vai ficar mais 2 diárias. Eu somente mais 1.
Custo benefício bom. Trouxemos 2 pets e cada um teve q ficar isolados. São pequenos ( 3k) e meu filho vai leva-lós de volta hoje.
Arrumação houve no meu quarto. No do meu filho não. Reposição de shampoos, Verne e sabonetes tive q pedir, mas não consegui tudo .
Mesmo assim, pontos positivos para limpeza, café , recepção e silêncio.

Esse hotel tem um excelente custo-benefício, ele reune um ambiente minimalista com praticidade. Estava bem limpo, com ótima vedação luminosa nas janelas, um bom café da manhã com excelente localização no bairro de Lourdes. Atendimento muito bom, check-in rápido.

Infelizmente, este hotel não oferece ferro de passar e nem taboa. Muita inconveniência pq as vezes eu precisava apenas para desamassar um blusa aqui e ali, e não tinha…o hotel oferece serviços de lavanderia.
Ou seja, ou eu pago ou eu saio amarrotado.
Infelizmente, apenas em Belo Horizonte que eu enfrentei este tipo de serviço.
Hotel não aceita o hospede a receber uma visita breve. Fui informado que se meu amigo subisse para assinar um documento, eu seria cobrado uma taxa extra.
Academia precisa ter ar condicionado pq no meio do verão, impossível de malhar na academia quente que o hotel oferece :-(
Fora estas questões acima, hotel bem localizado.
