Atendimento bom, quarto limpo e café da manhã ok, só faltou coberta no quarto e as tomadas ficavam longe da cama e perto demais do ar condicionado

Um ótimo hotel, bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Café da manhã de muita qualidade, muito gostoso. Quarto limpo e muito aconchegante. O Hotel fica de frente para dois bons restaurantes e próximo ao hotel Minas Shopping, 10 minutos de caminhada até lá.
Minha única reclamação, o telefone do nosso quarto não estava funcionando, ficamos por 2 dias no quarto e não tínhamos telefone. Fora isso, nada a reclamar, recomendo o hotel para todos os interessados!

Nós não recomendamos esse hotel. Sujo, roupa de cama e banho precárias, toalhas manchadas de sangue e poídas. Atendimento na recepção impessoal, beirando a grosseria. Café da manhã ruim, bolo de caixa, bem ruim mesmo. O fato da diária ser baixa, não justifica funcionários grosseiros, sujeira e desleixo!
