O hotel é bem localizado e os funcionários do hotel são simpáticos e solícitos, em especial as recepcionistas Kamyle, Thais e Mayra. O quarto é bem aconchegante com uma ótima cama e o banheiro tem um excelente chuveiro. O único ponto negativo é o ar condicionado do quarto que tem um manuseio confuso

O Hotel está passando por reformas, mas nada que o desqualifique. O estacionamento tem custo diário e é um pouco apertado. Os profissionais são muito cordiais e prestativos. O buffet do café da manhã é bem variado e de qualidade, gostei muito. O cardápio do restaurante do hotel é limitado mas atendeu.

Achei a estrutura física do hotel muito boa, atendimento do funcionários pra mim foi a melhor experiência. Bem atenciosos, muito educados e prestativos. Em relação ao café da manhã… Não achei muito bom, pouca variedade, e a qualidade não muito boa. Um ponto muito negativo que observei… A janela no quarto não tem nenhuma rede ou grade de proteção. Quem tiver criança tem que ficar muito atento a isso. Fica vulnerável caso abra a janela. Proteção da janela ZERO.
