That charged me twice!

I paid extra for a queen bed, instead got two single beds tied to each other. Window does not seal perfectly, so there's some small street noise coming in. There was a crack in the wall paint near the window, and the ceiling of the shower had some black mould spots showing that ventilation in the bathroom is insufficient. On the rooftop, the glass panes around the tiny pool had lots of water stains. On the bright side: the church view from the window was great, the breakfast was plenty and decent, the HVAC worked well, the location is great to visit the handcrafts fair on Sunday, and the price was okay-ish.

Great hotel, close to all the good things to do in the city. Enjoyed my stay very much. Friendly and helpful staff.

It's in a great location and at a reasonable price. We tried to request some extra sheets but there were none. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast was good.

The rooftop swimming pool is nice and convenient for rest. The breakfast is a bit monotonous. There are occasional bugs in the house. It is recommended to spray some insect repellent. The location in the city center is relatively convenient for shopping. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.

Good location, spacious room, very good shower and hearty breakfast. However, terrible service, especially from Marcelo, the elevator didn't work to the floor we wanted, we had to climb the stairs, very old. Bad bedroom bed, springy and making a lot of noise about nothing, poor quality pillow. Slippery shower floor. We stayed over the weekend and due to the fair on Sunday, there was a lot of noise in the early morning due to the tents being set up. Terrible, I won't go back and I don't recommend it!

There are no windows with insulation against external sound, the area is very noisy!!!!!

The service was excellent, everything was organized and preserved. Room service was fast and accurate. The breakfast was sensational with many varieties. I will definitely return to the hotel.

Excellent stay! I will definitely return to this hotel and will always recommend it. Very helpful and kind staff. Very nice room. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast! I went with two friends to walk around the city and took the opportunity to visit the hippie market. It is on the street of the hotel. You just have to get off and walk there. It was great!!!! The hotel is in a perfect location. After checking out, I asked them to store my backpack and those of other friends who were with me at the reception, since we would still be in the city for the whole afternoon and our trip would only be at night. The receptionist promptly helped us and kindly stored our luggage until 10 pm. When we returned, they even made the bathroom in the cafeteria available for us to use, if necessary! Anyway, I would like to praise the entire staff and the hotel structure, which was truly excellent in every aspect. In addition to all the comfort and location, the excellent service certainly made all the difference in our stay. A 10!

Hotel is well located, offers a satisfactory breakfast but the corridors are somewhat noisy at night! The location next to São José Church always means you wake up at 6:50am.

Very good hotel, in the center of BH, close to everything...

Well located, reasonable breakfast, difficult to park, but as it was just for sleeping one night it was quiet.

Excellent location and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast with variety and replacement at all times. As for hygiene, I had a little problem with the blanket, which was dirty, but they were kind enough to resolve it. The only issue would be regarding the bath towels, which had a very strong smell of chlorine. Overall, I thought it was a good stay and the view is also very beautiful.
