The hotel's location is excellent, restaurants, shopping mall, ice cream shop, stationery store, pharmacies... everything you need is just a few steps from the hotel!
The facilities are super comfortable and clean! We felt very welcomed by the service we received, very polite and attentive to us!

My reservation was not identified by the hotel. I arrived at 5:50 pm to check in, but the attendant did not recognize my reservation and refused to hand over my room access card. They informed that until later the reserve would be located. When I returned at dawn again I was informed that my reservation was not located, causing great wear and tear. After much debate, access was granted. The stay was completely compromised, and I wish to be reimbursed for the amount spent

O hotel é fantástico, serviço e atendimento muito bons. A recepção foi bastante solicita, educada, receptiva (fizeram jus ao nome). Quando cheguei ao quarto, não me decepcionei. Bastante limpo, apesar de alguns moveis já estarem com arranhados e desgastados. Mas isso não é nada que diminua um boa experiência. Sempre olho primeiro a limpeza, visto que sou bem chato com isso. Infelizmente, a hospedagem só não foi melhor pois fiz solicitação de serviço de quarto e demoraram 1:23 minutos para entregar um simples sanduíche com fritas. Além disso, o café da manhã está longe de ser um café que esperamos quando vamos à um hotel em Minas Gerais. Pouca variedade e a qualidade dos produtos não são boas. O pão de queijo estava frio. Quando fui embora, o porteiro foi bastante rude com o motorista que estava com o carro na porta para que o taxi, que era claramente conhecido por ele, pudesse estacionar para me levar. Só mantenho uma boa nota porque o hotel é realmente muito limpo e a recepção sabe fazer um bom atendimento e essas coisas são mais importantes.
