Hotel localizado no centro, área muito conturbada para noite. Não ficamos no hotel devido à falta de estacionamento, sendo indicado pele atendente um estacionamento externo em uma rua de prostibulos, totalmente inseguro para andar a noite principalmente com família.
Já o atendimento do hotel foi satisfatório, entendeu nosso problema é auxiliou no cancelamento da reserva.

Boa estadia. Atendimento dos funcionários incrível, sempre educados e prestativos.
Quarto amplo, cama confortável.
O único problema é o pequeno estacionamento, porém como o prédio é antigo não tem como mudar isso. O hotel oferece uma opção de estacionamento próximo para deixarmos carro.

As redondezas do hotel é horrível, pra quem é de São Paulo é similar a ficar hospedado na Praça da Sé, não da pra sair a noite. O chuveiro não funciona é frio, demora meia hora pra esquentar, isso quando esquenta, tive que tomar banho frio na maioria das vezes. O café da manhã é ok! Os funcionários são super gentis, a única coisa boa do hotel! Não volto a ficar hospedada nesse hotel!

Fui com um amigo para o hotel para assistir a final da Supercopa e recomendo o hotel! Quarto espaçoso para duas pessoas e banheiro grande! O hotel é do lado de vários restaurantes, o que facilita a alimentação! Super recomendo
