Foi um atendimento horrível, homens nem ligam pra nada, não tem serviço de quarto, o chuveiro só sai água fria, o banheiro do lado fede no nosso, o lugar é horrível a estrutura tudo de ruim

Hotel muito aconchegante, banheiro extremamente limpo e confortável.
Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções e um pouco mais espaçoso, mas pelo preço foi excelente minha acomodação.
Fazendo jus ao nome, o Nacional Inn, mais uma vez, foi minha escolha de confiança.

Razoável, quartos e café da manha são bons, porem tem muitos pontos negativos para quem for realizar evento no salão que fica no ultimo andar, o elevador é lento, a parede do projetor não é lisa o estacionamento fica fora do hotel e ainda é pequeno e tem que chamar eles para abrirem.

O Nacional Inn de BH é uma excelente opção de hospedagem na capital mineira! O hotel é bem localizado no centro da cidade, perto de todo tipo de serviço e do metrô. O prédio é bem grande, limpo e organizado. O quarto é grande, limpo e aconchegante. O único incômodo que tive foi com o chuveiro, que não esquentava. Mas, como fazia um calorão quando estive em Belo Horizonte, isso não atrapalhou minha estadia. O café da manhã era bom e bastante diverso. Os funcionários do hotel foram super solícitos e educados comigo durante toda minha estadia. Gostei bastante do hotel e voltaria e me hospedar nele numa futura visita à cidade.
