Hotel bem localizado .Perto de supermercado ,shopping.Tudo muito limpinho e organizado .Custo benefício bom.Quarto espaçoso e cama grande. Localização rápida para chegar ao centro da cidade ,restaurante.Vale a pena . Na hora de reservar vale uma pesquisa .Entre as plataformas a diferença é grande.

O hotel é antigo , mas reformado. Banheiro super pequeno e quarto também . Bom atendimento. Café da manhã padrão , sem grandes surpresas. A localização não é boa para quem vai ao centro! Na rua de trás muitos bares e opções para refeição . O Wi fi estava impossível de usar!

Quarto não estava muito limpo. Ducha boa. Bom banheiro, moderno. Bom café-da-manhã. Mas o corretor/carpete estava muito sujo, precisando passar muito aspirador de pó ou trocá-lo. Estacinamento gratuito.

O atendimento dos recepcionistas são péssimos, pois tinha uma coberta pra cada pessoa ( uma manta bem fininha", então, pedi uma a mais pra mim e pra minha amiga. O recepcionista disse que seria 1 por cama, que não poderia me fornecer mais uma, já que não tinha extra e que só teria um lençol. E que o ar não esquentava e que eu deveria ter "TRAZIDO DE CASA", caso eu quisesse mais coberta! Além de que o café da manhã tem pães velhos e secos. O chuveiro e a cama são muito bons!

Muito bom, confortável, banheiro bom, ducha quente, quarto bom, cama confortável. Excelente localização. Rua atrás do hotel é repleta de barzinhos e o local é bem movimentado e seguro. Não tem muita beleza decorativa, mas o café é bem farto, com muitas opções que variam a cada dia.

Estive no Hotel Gran Vivenzo Cidade Nova no período de 08 a 10/04/2022. Como havia previsão de frio e chuva, levei dois casacos para a viagem: um casaco de moletom da Aeropostale e um blazer branco. Assim que cheguei ao quarto 822, guardei os casacos no armário. Como não fez frio, não os utilizei. Logo após o check out, às 10h40, enviei mensagem para o Hotel informando que havia esquecido meus casacos. Na segunda, dia 11, recebi um email informando que não haviam localizados. Como não? Eu tenho certeza de que estavam no armário do quarto 822. Absurdo! Estou muito chateada.

O hotel mudou de nome para Gran Vivenzo Cidade Nova e está em fase de transição. Mas os quartos são ótimos e o atendimento também (apesar de algumas vezes lento). O estacionamento está gratuito. A localização é exlcente, com shopping ao lado e muitos bares e restaurantes na rua ao lado.
