No inicio a experiencia , nao foi muito boa pelo menos nos quartos que fiquei em 05 dias ＞: 1- Ar condicionado , so funcionava usando uma ponta de caneta 2- Não havia tomadas no banheiro 3 - Tomadas escondias atras da cama , e as aparentes estragadas 4 - Não ha shampoo , nos banheiros apenas01 mini sabonete 5- As lixeiras , não possuem sacos coletores 6- Geladeira apenas com agua sem opções 7 - Recepção nao tem sala de espera 8 - *Destaque para café , bom 9 - Atendimento na recepção, destaque para Sr. Junior , Funcionario novo que entrou dia 10 ou 11 março (esqueci nome dele) , e outro rapaz de oculos,para estes 3 tem meus elogios ,porque os outros numa má vontade de irritar. 10 - Esqueci meu quarto alagou , devido problemas nas calhas .

O hotel é limpo. O banheiro não tem janela e sim um exaustor, que faz muito barulho. Ouve-se o barulho dos exaustores dos outros quartos, de conversas no corredor e da rua (buzinas, motores, gente gritando), por isso não consegui dormir. Os itens do café da manhã não eram novos (pães, bolos e frutas partidas dormidos).

Conforto muito próximo de zero. Colchão ruim, travesseiros horriveis, quarto cheirando a mofo e ar condicionado barulhento e exalando cheiro forte de mofo, voltei com a garganta doendo. Se desligar o ar, não aguenta os mosquitos.

Hotel simples de bom custo, mas precisa melhorar alguns detalhes, chuveiro elétrico pingando água fria, suporte de sabonete quebrado, lavatório de coluna muito pequeno, box sem a porta de vidro. A limpeza é boa e o café da manhã é simples e bom.
