Um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei hospedado. Não tinha nada, ventiladores quebrados, e só trouxeram um ventilador funcionando depois de eu ter pedido umas 5 vezes, a tv não funcionava, nem lixeira nos banheiros tinha. Pra piorar começou a vazar água do teto no banheiro, pessimo hotel, muito mal administrado e sem estrutura de nada!!! E cobram valores nada em conta, diárias normais de 200 a 300 reais mas sem condições mínimas de nada!! Não recomendo, não fiquem nesse Hotel Oyo!!!!

A estadia é razoável. O hotel possui alguns problemas pontuais de infiltração, apesar da reforma. Além disso, fica localizado em uma rua principal, em cima de um ponto de ônibus, tornando a estadia barulhenta. Outro ponto, é que o pagamento no hotel, NÃO PODE SER PARCELADO. Por último, o café da manhã inclui apenas café, leite, misto quente, banana, ovo mexido e yogurte.

Primeiro, eu cheguei e minha reserva pelo Hotéis.com não estava lá, o único quarto disponível era sem banheiro e o mesmo ficava longe. A chave travava na porta, a pia no quarto enferrujada

Pela entrada antecipada em 15 minutos para o chekin às 14:00 horas, cobraram R$ 30,00. No dia seguinte, na hora do checkout, o filho do hospede (meu Pai) idoso chegou para buscá-lo no quarto e carregar seus pertences, sendo proibido de subir, com a alegação de que era norma do Hotel. Nunca vi em lugar nenhum este tipo de situação. É presídio ou Hotel? Tiveram que enviar um funcionário do Hotel para juntar os pertences e carregar as coisas e auxiliar o idoso a descer até a portaria. ABSURDO.
