O local em si fica no coração de Belo Horizonte, contamos com atendimento de qualidade, portaria funcionando 24 horas, sempre disposta a ajudar. Sobre a acomodação, embora não seja um hotel cinco estrelas consegue atender perfeitamente às necessidades de turistas, como disponibilizar camas confortáveis, chuveiro na temperatura excelente, café da manhã razoável e limpeza a pedido do acomodado.
Pontos positivos: localização; acomodação; chuveiro e serviço de limpeza.
Pontos negativos: ficamos em frente à estação de BRT, logo o barulho da rua era uma das coisas que perturbavam até certo horário.

Pontos positivos: a simpatia e disponibilidade do funcionário Edimar (manobrista) e da recepcionista que trabalhava no mesmo turno que ele (não gravei o nome, mas ela era também muito solícita e simpática); a limpeza do quarto; o preço.
Pontos negativos:
- o café da manhã: pouca variedade, reposição insuficiente (o horário informado foi de que o café era servido das 6:30h às 10h, chegamos às 8:50h, não tinha mais pão de queijo perguntamos pela reposição e a funcionária falou que não teria porque já havia assado 2 kg do produto; o leite também acabou e não foi reposto; a margarina e o queijo eram de má qualidade);
- um dos ventiladores do quarto queimou e derreteu durante a noite em uso, entregamos na recepção e pedimos outro, ficaram de enviar e não ocorreu;
- pedimos limpeza do quarto e troca de toalhas três vezes e não ocorreu.
