I booked breakfast for a couple, but the restaurant did not serve coffee that day. According to the hotel reception, they had a problem, which is why they didn’t have time to drink coffee that day. Because of my early training, I had to leave in a hurry to find a bakery. I also don't like this service, it lacks empathy and friendliness.

O hotel é incrível! Terceira vez que me hospedo lá e com certeza está cada vez melhor! Os quartos são absurdamente grandes (3 aparelhos de ar por unidade), com dois banheiros completos. Camas bem confortáveis e banheiros também. Área de lazer impecável, com uma piscina com uma vista surreal de BH. A localização maravilhosa: verde mar, Araújo, Smart Fit e restaurantes há poucos passos de distância. Única coisa mais ou menos é o café. Ele nunca mudou. Fiquei a primeira vez lá em abril de 2022 e voltei exatamente um ano depois e o café é exatamente o mesmo. Suco de laranja artificial, pães não tão frescos. Mas cappuccino nota 1000!

The hotel is very well equipped . The beds are comfortable and spacious . The bathroom has a powerful dryer . Breakfast is delicious and varied . The swimming pool is super cosy . This hotel is clean and is in a nice location. Everything in the room functioned as expected, however internet speed was not great (adequate, not great). Read some of my other reviews and you’ll see a common complaint I make about hotels and that is no washcloth (or facecloth, whatever you call it). I had a bath towel, a hand towel and a floor bath at. I wash my face with a washcloth, just not in this room. Makes no sense to me. Also, a time or two, housekeeping did not leave me clean towels. The last day of my ten day stay housekeeping did not come into my room at all. The location is good, see,s to be in the middle of a lot going on and the big shopping mall is a short Uber ride away. Perhaps my biggest complaint about this hotel is the restaurant. The night I arrived I had work to do in the room so I ordered room service (which comes from the restaurant on first floor). I ordered a burger which I asked to be cooked well done and I very clearly said, “no red.” The person on the other end of the phone said, “yes, of course.” The burger was cooked around the edges and about 1/4” into it, it was blood red. It was room temperature or perhaps a little warmer but it was definitely not cooked. I called the restaurant to let them know they had definitely missed their mark on this one. They said “sorry” (That is all). The next night I went down to the restaurant. I ordered a steak medium well. It was a little more red than medium well, but it was tolerable. The last night I was there I was in the restaurant and ordered a steak. I asked “can I get that well done?” The waiter said with a serious, straight face, “No.” I said “whatever, have them cook it as well as possible.” Now I realize many people say it is a crime to cook a good piece of beef anything more than medium and those people can have their steak that way. When I am paying for it, you’d better cook it the way I want it and they would not do it. The restaurant had a great breakfast. Lucky for me there was a grocery store a block away so for dinner I went grocery shopping. If in Belo Horizonte again, I will likely return to this hotel. I will, however, know what to expect.

Great location, nearby many shops and restaurants. Room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, beautiful room view. The room wasnt cleaned 2x even after being asked. Room is a bit too ”bare” and dark at night even with all lights on. Also, with almost no amenities and bathroom too basic. Still, comfortable in general.

I went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.

Check-in foi rápido. O que me desagradou foi o fato do café da manhã ser em outro hotel e o valor não está incluído. Não gostei da cama. Banheiro é simples, não espere secador de cabelo, nem espelho de aumento, nem que a água esquente rapidamente. O quarto não tem vista. Sobre barulho em relação a rua não dava pra ouvir nada fiquei no 914 porém, outros hóspedes que suponho estarem bêbados ficaram conversando tão alto por muito tempo de madrugada próximo meu quarto que não consegui dormir. Tem uma penteadeira fofa. Tem mantinha no armário, o cheiro não é nada agradável só que senti frio e acabei usando. Tem frigobar e ar condicionado daqueles mais antigos. Pela localização, valeu a pena a experiência.
