Beloit has worst crime figures in State of Wisconsin--if anyone does not know this--now you do.
Hope I'm not nitpicking but the lone elevator in the lobby is glacier-like slow plus the only ice machine is on the 3rd floor in a 4 floor property that charges in excess of $200 bucks a nite-think you guys can do better--otherwise location of hotel and absolutely superior quality of my room along with top-notch hotel staff will ensure my return-cheers!!

Hotel is decorated and outfitted with a Western flair. Leather couch in the room with see through fireplace. Soaking tub and plenty of desk space. They have an in-house restaurant, check the menu as the prices are not inexpensive. Parking can be a problem on weekends or "diner" time as it appears locals like to dine there which is great for the property, not so great for customers staying in the hotel. The room was comfortable however the noise level from the road and above us was disturbing. Windows must be thin. We were on the 3rd floor and listened to "heavy" feet throughout the night, middle of the night and early morning. The area is intriguing and there are many bars, restaurants, and businesses within walking distance.

Came here for a romantic getaway for Valentine’s Day weekend. Didn’t get a chance to try out the steak house it was full,but we did get to try the Beloit club and had the best streak of our lives. All in all had a very amazing night!

I would like to thank the Hotel staff and the restaurant staff for making our very much needed getaway a completely relaxing experience!!! My wife LOVES the soaking tub that comes with the Heritage room and she spent a lot of time relaxing in it. Merrill and Houston was AMAZING and the waiter made our experience complete. We will return again for sure as this was our second time staying at the Hotel and first time at the restaurant. It is nice to be walking distance from the shops and other restaurant's and bars so you can really enjoy the downtown area.
