To access the room I had to kick leaf litter and scrape the sand/dirt away with my thong before we could walk in the room, as first impressions do count this was not a good start. The room had obviously not been checked before our arrival and cleaning etc would have been done several days before at the very least, add to this the dead bugs in one of the bedside drawers the mixer tap on the sink was as loose as it could get and the grounds were not well kept. This motel is only being given minimal attention, if my wife hadn't booked it online before travelling into VIC I don't think we would have stayed there. Anyhow for one night we just ****** it up, we would have told the managers the next morning but the office was still closed when we left. I won't be going back there again. PS their welcome/intro sheet warned guests not to walk mud or dirt into the rooms as additional cleaning fees will apply (ironic considering the state of the entrance, you couldn't avoid it!)

We have now stayed several times here, and were happy with all the ammenities and had everything we needed. The only areas we didn't like were the garden which wasn't really a garden, and the outside was scruffy. If I wanted a swim I wouldn't have used the pool as the bottom needed cleaning.

It’s very basic. Right on a roundabout so truck noise is a problem. 3 nights stay isn’t serviced. The heating didn’t work.

Relatively clean, however rubbish bin hadn't been emptied. Bathroom in family suite was quite dated with no privacy door on toilet.
