Daily evening entertainment was great especially as we went early Feb. Good choice of food in dining room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room and bed were very comfortable. Only downfall was tea/coffee facilities not replenished fully every day with not enough milk left.

Hotel very good. always choose this hotel and have been there on many occasions. Staff are exceptional to name a few Ana and Tanya in reception, Billy, Alex, Vincente, Anabel, Isabel, Omar in the dining room and chef Mohammed. Also Aliona for room service. Bar staff Libertad and David. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Lovely hotel in a really good location near the marina.We were Bed,Breakfast and evening meal and found the food good with lots of options to choose from. We got a lovely welcome from the reception staff on arrival and found all the staff here really pleasant and helpful. Our room was on the side of the hotel which didn’t get much sun so we were unable to use the balcony but that’s the only negative I can say about this hotel.Would highly recommend!

this is a great hotel the food is wonderful the staff are excellent the position of the hotel is preety hard to beat right next to the marina, i must mention the rooms they are spacious kept very clean the bathroom has a bath/shower which was very good. lastly the outside space is verygood no need to find a sun bed plenty here

First time visiting this hotel but it won’t be the last. From the welcoming drink at reception when we booked in, to checking out the whole experience was great. Other reviews have said that all staff are friendly and this was my experience too. There was plenty of choice in the restaurant both in the morning and evening, and the cakes are to die for!!! The rooms were very clean and the maid was always early to clean the room each day. Plenty of sun beds around the pool and towels were available if needed. The poolside cafe was open for snacks, again with plenty of choice and really reasonable price wise. Thank you to all at this hotel for making our holiday one to remember.

Nous avons passé 5 jours à l’hôtel Mac Puerto . Géographiquement cet hôtel est bien situé car nous nous sommes rendus à Malaga et à Séville en louant une voiture. Je suis étonnée que cet hôtel ait 4 étoiles. Dans la chambre il n’y a ni peignoirs ni chaussons . Si vous voulez vous rendre au spa il faudra descendre habiller et se changer dans les cabines. Les chaussons vous seront facturés 2 euros. Buffet qui n’a pas changé en 5 jours heureusement que nous étions en demi pension. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Il n’y a ni fromage ( juste des tranches sèches de gouda ou de fromage à croque monsieur) ni saumon. Viennoiseries médiocres . Que dire de la piscine? En pleine saison celle-ci va s’avérer très petite. Elle n’est pas chauffée. Hôtel à éviter pour des familles avec enfants. Les jours de départ les femmes de ménage remuent ciel et terre dans les chambre à 6h30. L’on vous fait gentiment comprendre qu’il faut quitter les lieux! Dans les restaurants les serveurs ne parlent pas français. Les boissons sont payantes à table: même l’eau ! Dans la chambre on ne vous renouvelle pas le frigo!. Déçue par cet hôtel qui à mon sens ne mérite pas sa note!

Lovely stay at this hotel. We were bed and breakfast and plenty to eat for breakfast each morning. Very accommodating for our young baby. Staff all very pleasant. Location is perfect and poolside and pool was spotless. Would definitely return if back in the area.

Very pleasantly pleased with this hotel it absolutely ticked all the boxes, location, rooms and staff were exceptional especially David and all his colleagues on bar duty and also Billy in the dining room definitely hope to go back in the future.
