Great location and facilities. Lovely breakfast selection. Staff are really helpful and very hard working. Only disappoin**ent was the first room they gave us was not what we had paid for and a manager tried to argue that it was. It was clearly a “patio” view, my photo from the room was identical to their website for the room but she argued that was a pool view. She did agree to move us but it just felt like she was trying to get away with it for what is very little difference in value but if you do that to 3 or 4 rooms it adds up. The rest of the stay was great.

This was our second visit to the Mac Hotel and it never fails in making our stay in Spain a great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would like a special mention to Yoly who, even though her English was not the best, she was always smiling and made you feel as if you were the only person she had served all day. We will definitely come back.

A great hotel in a lovely location right beside the marina. The staff are so helpful and friendly with a special mention for reception staff. We stayed half board in a pool view room - the room was lovely with a sea view from the balcony. Food at breakfast and dinner was plentiful and of great quality. There were lots of sun beds and thankfully there was only a few that reserved beds, we had no bother getting beds at any time of the day. The hotel was spotlessly clean.

1st the bad points,we went half board.evening meal we had to pay for water juice wine etc. Int the bar,cardu malt whisky, charged me €10 per drink I had four,all nt cost €40.next day my wife was strolling seen in a shop,€39 for a bottle,.so I think it's a rip off. Now if you don't have a drink!! Great. Food plenty to choose from. NOW,Billy the waiter, what a lovely guy. Couldn't do enough to help,ran after your every need.pool great plenty bed's n brollies. Rooms and cleaning staff excellent, just don't book room 137,balcony is facing a wall. A lot of golfers in hotel. Overall,very nice.and BILLY, need anything ask him.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff. The location is great as it is a few minutes from the marina, the beach and taxis. The place is immaculate & the facilities are great. We made use of the spa twice and it was fab. It was great for my mother as it is either on one level or has lifts to the floors you need. The buffet was tasty and varied and the waiting staff were brilliant. Thanks especially to Omar & Billy.

Aika meluisa, kun kaikki pinnat ovat kiveä. Vähän jo remontoinnin tarpeessa monelta osin ja hotellin aulaa juuri remontoitiinkin. Spa-osasto oli parasta, sekä puitteiltaan että asiakaspalvelultaan. Sen sijaan kuntosali oli onneton. Sijainti on erinomainen. Eläkeläisten suosikkipaikka.

Daily evening entertainment was great especially as we went early Feb. Good choice of food in dining room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room and bed were very comfortable. Only downfall was tea/coffee facilities not replenished fully every day with not enough milk left.

Hotel very good. always choose this hotel and have been there on many occasions. Staff are exceptional to name a few Ana and Tanya in reception, Billy, Alex, Vincente, Anabel, Isabel, Omar in the dining room and chef Mohammed. Also Aliona for room service. Bar staff Libertad and David. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
