Very helpful and friendly staff. Most professional. Beautiful gardens, lovely hotel clean and tidy. Modern with very enjoyable entertainment each evening. Most enjoyable stay that made a trip to remember with a perfect location. Nothing too much for the staff. Hairdresser on site and coffee shop too. A five minutes walk from the beach with 2 wonderful swimming pools on site.

Overall, hotel was lovely. Gardens were beautiful. Rooms were basic but very clean and ours was plenty big enough with two double beds. Majority of staff were great. Just one or two in restaurant let them down. Unfortunately, we had a few nights where we had to queue for dinner, one night for more than 15 minutes.Food as you would expect for buffet style meals, plenty of choices but mostly cold. For us and anyone with walking or breathing difficulties, location not ideal as on a very steep hill. Many steps down to street level and then down again to seafront and marina. Shame ,if it wasn’t for this, we would return. Special mention to Pablo on the bar and Julia in restaurant for service over and above.

Ik vond het een goed Hotel, kamer was prima, eten was prima! Vooral het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, lekker vers fruit veel keuze van brood. Bedden waren prima ! Het enige wat misschien ietsje beter kon is de schoonmaak, dat zou ietsje beter kunnen. Personeel was vriendelijk, als je naar het strand wil moet je via een schuine weg naar beneden en omhoog, of een trap 78 treden naar beneden en omhoog, dus als je slecht ter been bent zit je hier niet goed!!

Weinig wc, alleen onder in kelder bij zwembad. Alle wc kunnen niet op lot bijna. Eten is vaak zelfde met afwisseling vlees. Er mag wel wat gerenoveerd worden.. Badkamers zonder afzuigsysteem. Tuin wordt wel netjes bijgehouden. Kamer met zee uitzicht wel aanbevolen.

Mijn kleren werden gestolen!!!!! Er werd niks aangedaan! Het was slecht eten en altijd hetzelfde eten! De blouse was zeker 100 euro en de service vond dat maar normaal dat hij weg was!! Ik ben ten eerste veel geld kwijt voor wat het maar was en ben nog eens bestolen ook!

Dunne muren, elke dag hetzelfde eten en een blouse van 80€ verdwenen uit de kamer. Ook gehoord van andere gasten dat er in de koffers werd gekeken. Niet aan te raden!!
