It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing. As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter. Thanks trip!! keep it up!

Decent hotel, more like a resort. Facilities are stricted unless you are on all inclusive deal like use of spa. Also breakfast was decent but no real fruits. Mostly canned and juices were not real juices.

13 of us recently came back from this hotel. Mix of all ages went. Transfer to the hotel is quick Rooms are very spacious, lovely big bathroom Kitchen, living room where the sofa turns in to beds for the kids and then a bedroom with 2 twin beds pushed together to make a double. I did feel the sofa was not great for the kids considering the hotel is a family hotel, I would have preferred a bed. Especially for my nephew who is 14 and 5ft 10inch Rooms weren’t cleaned if you were in them a bit longer in the morning and you missed your cleaning spot. Not sure if this was just a mistake though. There is a main buffet area, snack area and 2 restaurants that you can book once a week. If you are staying for 2 weeks you can then book twice. One’s an American and other is Italian. We tried both and enjoyed them, food was tasty and Hot. The main restaurant was ok, very repetitive and did lack taste. I mainly ate salad and some meat- tuna was very fresh and nice. My 8 year old that is a very basic eating always had something to eat. Mainly sausage and chips. Desserts were lovely and even had a chocolate fountain one evening. In the snack bar they done sandwiches, wraps, jacket potatoes which I thought again was lovely and fresh. They couldn’t bring out the food quick enough on certain days but then you know it’s prepared fresh. I did struggle using plastic cutlery. There were soft drink & beer stations to help yourself and wine but the wine was like water. The entertainment was good and the entertainment team work extremely hard to put on a good show each night. We loved Callum such a funny, kind person. Made the evenings so much better. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool but in summer time I can see there being issues getting som. Twice a week they bring out an obstacle course which was loads of fun. None of our children used the kids clubs but are there if you wanted to go. There is an arcade and pool tables. On-site shops which are pricy like everywhere. Candy floss and popcorn but are €3 each Only free ice cream were in little tubs and you pay for the lollies. You can use the waterpark across the road from the hotel which we only used once’s. Nothing wrong with it and food was lovely over there but we just enjoyed the main pool more being quieter than the waterpark. I haven’t given this hotel 5 stars because the food, facilities could be a lot better and I wouldn’t rate it a 4 star either. I’d say the only reason it’s a 4 star is because of the entertainment team. I wouldn’t choose to go back to the hotel.

Went here for a week on a family holiday with 5 adults and 8 children. We all had the best time! From start to finish it was astounding. The rooms were Beautiful, we had a lovely view from the balcony and the beds were super comfy. The food was lovely, I can be quite fussy with food but I can’t complain i loved it all, I even tired some different things I’ve not had before. We went to both of the restaurants and I loved the food, the service was amazing. The entertainment staff were brilliant, the stage presence was so good and they were all friendly, welcoming and amazing with the children. They all worked extremely hard to put on a good show each night. I asked the children who their favourites were and they all loved Oliver, Callum and Rebecca. Have to say Callum was very entertaining, had a lot of laughs, he definitely made the holiday. Also the entertainment around the pool was amazing, the kids enjoyed it. I joined in with most of the kids activities because it was so fun. The last day was definitely my favourite, they celebrated the 20th anniversary so they done some different activities like water polo against the staff. They brought out lots of different cakes which all tasted amazing and cocktails for the adults. Overall, I’d 100% recommend. I didn’t want to leave it was the best holiday. Will definitely be going back! Thanks Terrie xox

We have just returned from Holiday Village Costa Del Sol and I was keen to share the positives and negatives of our trip. We travelled as 2 adults and 2 children (6yrs and 3yrs). We have stayed at the HV Ibiza, HV Majorca and HV Cyprus, so naturally we have drawn comparisons, but I try to be fair. Positives: - Hotel is a short bus journey from the airport (30-40mins). We flew through TUI and there was no other stops. - Hotel is grand and beautiful throughout. Yes, slightly tired in places, but given how much the place gets hammered by guests, they do very well with its upkeep. - A nice, quieter location, with fantastic views of the sea. - Our family sized room was clean, spacious and easily accessible. It's a very big hotel, but plenty of lifts to accommodate. We liked that we had a little kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle, etc, so we bought our own tea and coffee and bought milk from the shop. (Tea/Coffee not provided in the rooms, so either bring your own, like we did, or use the machines around the hotel) - Fantastic balcony space with views of the sea. - Room was cleaned every day to a great standard and plenty of fresh towels. - Check in was straight forward and we liked that our wrist bands opened our room. Tricky at times, but preferred that we didn't have to remember to carry a card everywhere. - Drink options were plentiful. All inclusive beer, cava and spirits very nice and self service areas for beer and soft drinks by the pool and snack bar. You get given one box of water in your room when you arrive, but there are plenty of water points available around the hotel, so you can refill bottles, or buy from the shop. - Main pool area spacious with plenty of sunbeds. Surprisingly busy for June, so I can imagine it being chaos during August/September, but you are able to use the other 2 hotels situated in the complex + the water park. - Hotel sunbeds are comfortable and glad they have put the parasols in the ground, so everyone gets a fair chance of some shade. - They fence off the pool from 7pm. So if you have toddlers, it gives you peace of mind that they won't fall into the pool at night. (This happened at another HV). This also fences off the majority of sunbeds, so people can't reserve them at stupid-o-clock. - There is a bus stop located across the road, outside the waterpark. It's fair priced, runs regularly and a 20-30 minute journey to Benalmadena. We used this one evening to eat at the marina and got a taxi back, which cost just under 15euros. - The HV entertainment team are super friendly, helpful and entertaining. My boys especially warmed to Will, who remembered their names and made them feel welcome at kids club- which was free for us (TUI) and no need to book in June. - Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the Chocolate Party and Widget Party too (chargeable). Negatives: - We both said that we didn't feel the hotel, on it's own, had enough about it to keep younger kids occupied all day. Other HV locations hav

The Evening entertainment was brilliant All staff was super friendly and helpful The American and Italian restaurant is À la carte you only get to dine in each restaurant once I wasn’t aware of this before I arrived make sure you book as soon as you check in else you may not get a chance Snack bar offers a lot of choice compared to some resorts I’ve stayed at but this does run on limited time 10-12 cold buffet 12-4 hot 4-6 cold buffet then it closes Main restaurant has a lot smaller choice than other resorts I have visited in the past so I would say it has a poor choice … but it really depends on if you are a fussy eater or have stayed in resorts with bigger food choices I was disappointed in the splash park across the road quite a few pools but not a lot going on the 2 slides they had you had to hire the rings but honestly after you had gone down them 3 times you had enough you also have to pay 30 euro and only got 13 euros back … if your looking for a splash park I would suggest you look at going somewhere else You do feel super safe and they have a lovely iron bridge that you can walk over to get into the splash park so no need to cross the road It all looks lovely and clean , the room was great Would I go back again …. No Did I enjoy my self ….. yes Would I recommend…. Not really

I usually don’t write reviews but having been to Holiday Village Majorca last year and experiencing such an amazing holiday we decided to go to Holiday Village in Costa del Sol. I wouldn’t bother going again. The only saving grace was the beach club and at that my husband and son both got cut from the broken tiles in the pool. The rooms are totally outdated with old fashioned decor. The beds are very uncomfortable, the sofa bed is tiny.. The food is not great at all, the salads and deserts are fine but that’s about it. Entertainment was good for the kids. The seating area at the entertainment was uncomfortable. If you’re considering going to a holiday village…there is much better out there.

AVOID! The worst place my family and I have ever been. Room is big, but very dated. That's the only positive. Entire hotel from top to bottom is dirty and unclean. Constant smell of sick, which goes in hand with the very large number of people contracting a sickness bug. The food is appalling in every sense. Not fresh, not well cooked, very questionable if the meat is what it's labelled as. Microwaves doted about because nothing says great food like reheated food twice over. Onsite shop is needed as nothing else about but be expected to remortgage to afford it. Pools all have a large number of pool tiles missing. You can easily fetch them off yourself, make a game of it. One pool, the liner had air under it, making it impossible to walk on, but not shut off to be fixed, just added as a feature. 3 members of our family all had injuries from using the pools. I read the previous poor reviews and felt it couldn't be that bad, really. Sadly it is.
