I cannot say enough about our stay at Medplaya Hotel Balmoral. Everything was just perfect. It was so clean and all staff were very efficient. The breakfast was amazing also. Well done to all, we will definitely be back.

Lo mejor: muy limpio. La gran mayoría del personal. La situación. Mejorable: hay que pedir almohadas extra,porque son muy bajas. El bar de la piscina no está abierto. Las actividades son mejorables y escasas. En la terraza podían poner un pequeño tendedero o cable para secar las toallas y bañadores. Sería un detalle. Lo peor: horario y personal de la piscina. Solo abre de 12 a 19h...pero a las 12 el socorrista aún no ha empezado a quitar el cerco que le pone...y a las 18:30 ya lo está poniendo(adjunta foto de las 18:45)...por lo que ya no se puede usar. Aunque tengas incluido desayuno y cena o comida...en la comida y cena te cobran la bebida...2eur 1l de agua. El supuesto zumo que si que tienes disponible en el desayuno...no es zumo natural. Advertir que la piscina es pequeña. La comida/desayuno está bien. No hay excesiva variedad pero no falta de nada y todo está rico. Esta bien para ser un 3 estrellas pero debería mejorar.

Hotel 3 stelle nelle immediate vicinanze della spiaggia di Banalmadena a 20 km da Malaga. Abbiamo usufruito di una camera vista piscina, un po' piccola ma dotata di tutti i principali equipaggiamenti. Buono il bagno con vasca e doccia, il materasso comodo, ascensori vicini, pulizia discreta. Parcheggio per la macchina a pagamento se no si trova posto non troppo lontano. Colazione a buffet con tanta gente a volte un po' confusionaria ma con tutte le principali vivande. Personale mediamente gentile e disponibile. Lettini e ombrellone nella vicina spiaggia a pagamento. Rapporto prezzo/qualità corretto. Nel complesso è andata bene e si può tornare volentieri.

Functional hotel, and well located. Comfortable room. But lack of soundproofing. Sanitary noises and voices, until late at night. Excellent breakfast included. Very noisy restaurant room. Friendly staff. Limited number of parking spaces

Cheap and cheerful, but felt the food let them down, always trusted med play group in the past, perhaps it depends on size of hotel .room good as we asked for with pool view and low room and even a bit of sea view.very old fashioned in places and thin walls.great position and no banks to climb.

We went to this hotel 7 years ago and it's as good if not better than then...we had one of the refurbished rooms and it was great...a nice touch are the fridge and tea and coffee facilities...it was kept clean...and had lovely dove toiletries...location is good...near buses...shops and some nice bars...staff really nice as well...but a bit of advice don't go to Gibraltar...3 half hours to get there...and a hour wait to get through security!...just not worth it...but can recommend hop on off bus....had a lovely week and nice to get some sunshine...
