Great hotel. We stayed Ai which is fine if you want to stay at the hotel all day or if you have kids, which we didn’t have either so we never really benefited from it. Can’t fault it at all our room was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day they even have dove hand wash and shampoo which is a plus. Couldn’t fault the food in the restaurant always a choice and probably the first time I didn’t get indigestion and heartburn from the lager. Definitely would stay again.

Totally recommendable hotel to go to Benalmadena, everything very clean, great and modern rooms, comfortable mattresses and pillows, perhaps the only drawback is that it is a little tight on space. The restaurant, lots of variety, good food. Super nice and helpful staff, great facilities, two large swimming pools, one for children. Close to the beach and a few minutes from Puerto Marina, although it is a significant hill to get to the hotel. I have certainly been to 4-star hotels that far surpass them. Very grateful for these 5 days we spent there.

Really poor service. Currently staying at this hotel via Jet2. Room is a twin room, which for a couple plus toddler is not suitable- room is so small we cannot even get our babies buggy in the room! Spoke to the Jet2 rep who spoke to the hotel and confirmed we could upgrade from Saturday 4th May to a bigger room. We spoke to the hotel directly several times to confirm we wished to go ahead but have been told "maybe from Sunday" which does not work for us. We feel the hotel are holding off for someone booking last minute rather than confiming we can upgrade. Really disappointed and can't wait to go home now.

Some of the reviews had put me off a little but I'm glad we went with this hotel in the end.this hotel is a little bit up a steep hill but I saw people with crutches etc and they just took their time.can walk straight down to beach using steps and walk along the promenade to the marina.hotel room was very clean, there was sponges,comb, and shampoo and bodywash in bathroom.the beds were very hard for us.we used the provided blankets in wardrobe to make them a little more comfortable.pool was cold but that's to be expected for April but my son spent most of every day in the pool it was fine once you are in it. Staff and entertainment staff were very good.so friendly. Night time entertainment was good.Will come back again very soon.

Just got back from 2 weeks at the Bali hotel, refurb is really nice, especially the restaurant which now has a lovely outside area for meals. Room on Bali 2, rooms number 2410, lovely room which was exceptionally clean, with soap, shampoo, body wash, beds were very comfortable, only fault was tv did not work, reported this 3 times and was still not working when we left, on our last 2 night we were unfortunate to be next door to a male who thought it was okay to come in drunk at 2.30am and bang about playing loud music, however this was not the hotels fault. Food was fine, always plenty of choice, staff were very friendly throughout the hotel, always had a smile and hello when you passed. Lovely views from our room as well, so nice to sit on the balcony at times. We have already booked for a further 2 weeks in June and looking forward to it already although only returned yesterday, hopefully our next room will have a working television, thankyou for a wonderful holiday, see you soon.

I booked a same-day flight, all very rushed, just a few days with my son. We are regulars and the acknowledgement and hug from the restaurant manager was very nice. The refurbishments are a vast improvement, very trendy. However, there was no daily menu displayed outside the restaurant anymore, so we found it was pot-luck as to what was on offer. We found the shower very powerful, the air-con was wonderful on the cold setting, the rooms cleaned to the usual high standards and the staff just as pleasant as they normally are. In my opinion the choice of food had dropped slightly, but that is only a slight ******. See you soon Hotel Bali.

This hotel in other reviews is underrated. All the staff and very polite and welcoming, friendly and also helpful. Definitely a hotel where the Spanish go for their holiday/breaks. The rooms were clean and well maintained, beds slightly uncomfortable. We went all inclusive and the lunch and dinner options were fantastic, plenty of options and if you couldn’t find something you didn’t like you are a fussy eater, breakfast is definitely better with the continental option. When you want a drink at the bars you hand in your AI card you receive your drink, when finished you have the option of more drinks on returning your glass if inside or plastic cup if outside, if not ask for your card back, and you go again later. Well done to all the hotel staff 👍🏻👍🏻

We had an excellent 4 night stay at the Bali. Lovely clean hotel. Room was spacious and the beds comfortable. They supplied Dove hair shampoo, body wash, hand soap and a hair dryer. Food was very good, with plenty of choice. I only gave 4 stars as the downside was where our room was. If you have a mobility problem, ask for Block 1 or 2, Block 3 was a long walk even before you got to the lift. Also, the hotel is situated on quite a sleep hill.

We have been going to this hotel for approx 10yrs twice a year. Its all been refunished top quality. Love staying here the staff are so friendly what a welcome when they see us. They come fr behind desk to front with a warm greeting hug and handshake. All.staff go over board to help with any thing we have become family to most of them all given hugs from manager cleaners waiters cheifs bar staff as well always remembering our name's and thats a welcome in itself .way to many to name but always such a warm welcome. Virginia has been the perfect hotel assistant to us, massive asset to hotel Stewart the same. You will.not go wrong trying the hotel out shows every night.something for everyone's entertainment. Food is good plentiful. Fantastic hosbertaloty. So central.for marina Market town buses etc taxi good prices as well. So why not have a look on they site there is plenty photos different types of rooms to choose. 4 pools with bar snack by pool.s 2 large pools children's and a toddler one life guards on stand from open to closing times. So go on have a look book and enjoy your stay at the Barli Hotel Benalmadena. Lis connors
