Everything I expected from a med plays hotel,hard working staff, cleaning service very good open and attractive hotel space. Up a very steep hill but we new that before arriving,nice pool area for the children to play in. The restaurant needs some reorganizing ie, bread should be close to the toaster, mayonnaise should be on the salad bar. Good location for bonanza square. Would definitely come again.

stayed at the bali from the 12th to the 19th of may.we were a party of 6 with 2 young children so had 2 superior family rooms.on arrival we were checked in very quickly.the rooms were lovely,plenty of space & storage for families & were cleaned daily.food was quite good overall,& I am a fussy eater.the hotel itself is good value for money,the pool areas are very well maintained,the bar/snack prices are good.as others have stated it is on a steep hill,but i managed it with an odd rest ( or 5 euro taxi from marina) would we stay here again,we absolutely would.

The room was very spacious and clean the pools were great for the kids and they loved the discos at night time only downside would be the food wasn't very good it was very bland so ended up eating out most of the time the staff were friendly and helpful telling me directions we had a split room witch was great

Serdecznie polecam. Hotel blisko plaży, okolica spokojna. Miejsca parkingowe są na terenie hotelu ale również w sąsiednich uliczkach. Pokoje ładne i czyste. Jedzenie dobre, duży wybór - moim zdaniem każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa bardzo miła. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Room service hit and miss meals hit and miss bar staff man very good woman on tonight very ignorant ignoring English people to speak to a Spanish woman who only wanted straws. We are an able couple walking every day but steps poor pavements and up a hill made it very exhausting.

Another stay at the Bali. Food quite decent staff very friendly plenty of sun beds. Yes i would go back again to this hotel. Minor descrepancies. 4 euros a night fairly expensive for the safe in the bed room. No water fountain on the dinner and evening meal in the dining areas 2.5 euros for a small decanter of water. But all in all yes i recommend the Bali

Great hotel. We stayed Ai which is fine if you want to stay at the hotel all day or if you have kids, which we didn’t have either so we never really benefited from it. Can’t fault it at all our room was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day they even have dove hand wash and shampoo which is a plus. Couldn’t fault the food in the restaurant always a choice and probably the first time I didn’t get indigestion and heartburn from the lager. Definitely would stay again.

Hotel totalmente recomendable para ir a Benalmadena, todo muy limpio, habitaciones estupendas y modernas, colchones y almohadas comodos, quizá la única pega es que es un poco justa de espacio. El restaurante, mucha variedad, buena comida. Personal súper agradable y servicial, instalaciones estupendas, dos piscinas grandes, una de juegos para niños. Cerca de la playa y a pocos minutos de puerto Marina, aunque tiene una cuesta importante para llegar al hotel. Sin duda he estado en hoteles de 4 estrellas a los que les supera con creces. Muy agradecidos por estos 5 días que hemos pasado allí.
