The location was OK, near some of the bars etc, the hotel offers pool, gym and sauna but these are only available 10-6, so if uou arrive late and leave early you can't use them. Staff seemed a bit stuffy to be honest, but probably sick of British tourists. The breakfast was the highlight lots of options. We had a room with a view of a building site and the workman using circular saws thankfully woke me up at 9am. Not great but for this area probably priced about right.

Personnel pas très professionnel, pas à l'écoute des demandes et besoins. Aucune documentation en français ni même en anglais. Odeur d'égout remontant des canalisations dans les chambres. La clim ne fonctionnait pas. Beaucoup d'attente au petit déjeuner, à la fois pour accéder au restaurant, mais également pour pouvoir avoir un café, une seule machine à café pour tout l'hôtel, mieux vaut ne pas être trop aigri avant le premier café du matin.. Les jus de fruits étaient imbuvables. Pas de bouteille d'eau à dispo alors que la demande à été faite à plusieurs reprises. Du papier à la place des murs, on entend limite le voisin respirer. Si seulement le personnel avait été à l'écoute peut être que le séjour aurait été plus agréable.

Très simple de se brosser les dents et de faire ses besoins, étant donné l'étroitesse de la salle de bain. Ne parlons pas du fait que les climatisations ne fonctionnent pas... Chambre individuelle ou communicante ? Je ne vois pas de différence, puisque nous entendions tout à travers les murs, aussi fin qu'une feuille A4)... Just returned from a week st this hotel. We are both in our late 70’s and were looking for some warmth! Enjoyed our week. Pleasant room, very attractive public areas and the food was reasonable. The position of the hotel was next to the marina and also near a bus top for travel around the area. The holiday was very reasonably priced but thought that having to pay for towels for swimming and a charge to use the room safe, didn't reflect a 4 star hotel!
