The hotel features excellent facilities with multiple pools and well-maintained rooms. It's centrally located near the beach and local amenities, with a varied buffet breakfast. However, some guests feel it's overpriced.

We have been really happy here and would definitely recommend. All the staff from cleaners to managers will bend over backwards to accommodate you. We had a few criticisms: you can only use floaties in the splash pool not the main pool or water park (dont buy floaties from the hotel shop, they are half the price at the end of the road), kids club feels too young for our 10 year old but he isnt allowed to participate in the daily sports activities as he is under 12 (this was a real shame as he wanted to join in). Other than that, everything else has been wonderful :-) The hotel is a bit out of the way, 30 min walk to the marina, but taxis are cheap as chips. €7 approx. We took a trip to arroyo de la miel and up the mountain on a cable car...highly recommend

Enjoyed our stay. Particularly great for people with young children as there is a waterpark onsite Some nice bars within close proximity to the hotel. Food only average, and general opinion was that they have trouble keeping the food hot but there are microwaves handy. Only 20/30 seconds and it's better. Despite this, this was a return visit as it is value for money. Plenty of choice so always something for everyone to eat.

We had our first family holiday here, booked through Jet2 and it was perfect. We were here for a week at the start of April. We were booked for a pool view room. 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 3 years). We had two double beds in the room, balcony which got the sun all day and an en-suite that had a shower over a bath. With the 4 of us and suitcases, there wasn’t much room to spare but enough to move about and we weren’t there to sit in the rooms anyway. We got checked in quickly and the staff were very efficient and friendly and we’re waiting on our groups landing so we were processed quickly. Reception rent out large towels for the pool for €10 each and that deposit is returned at the end of your stay. We stayed on a B&B basis and there was a huge selection of items available at breakfast so they have something to suit everyone. The breakfast can be busy at times but there’s plenty staff topping things up and clearing tables to keep things moving. We ate in the hotel 2 nights for convenience and again there was a large selection of things to choose from so you’d find something that would suit. The bar staff were friendly and maybe sometimes a little understaffed with queues forming but they all did what they could. There was a pool side snack bar open during the day to get a limited menu which was enoughto get a bite on site, which was handy for the few days we did that. The best feature of the hotels was the pools. With 4 pools there was plenty of variety. We spent the majority of our time at the kiddies pool with the pirate boat and slides. The kids had an absolute blast at it and it’s a fantastic idea to have so many slides. The water was on the cool side but we were well aware of that before we went and brought wet suits for the kids which bought them enough time for their age in the water. But the thing that needs the most praise was the lifeguards. Even though it is early in the season, they were on the ball and actively watching. The were walking about and weren’t shy about blowing a whistle and correcting any rough horseplay. It was very reassuring to see them so active. In the evening there was music and the kids had a bit of a disco before a wee draw followed by a show. The shows were hit and miss but entertaining for the children. The location of the hotel is handy as it’s only about 300m from the beach front and is well situated for bus stops and an easy stroll along the sea front for shops, bars and restaurants. It’s a good location with plenty of options for young kids in a walk or short taxi run to keep little ones entertained. We were able to get a late check out (for a small fee which was worth it). The reception staff were also very good at ringing for taxis or giving advice. The Jet2 reps were in different days and were very good to deal with and had plenty advice on activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families and would go back to it again if going back to the Costa del Sol.

My 11 year old and I traveled to this hotel in early April. It was my daughter’s first time abroad and my first time travelling just the two of us . Jet 2 were amazing and so helpful in Glasgow and Malaga and our transfer to the hotel only took about 40 mins. Check in was quick and efficient and we were in our room quickly. We had a pool facing room on the 7th floor and it was perfect for us. A double and single bed, fridge with two complimentary bottles of water, and great bathroom with large mirror and vanity. The shower was lovely I later discovered, great pressure and easy to adjust temperature. The housekeeping do a fantastic job and made our bed every day ( I didn’t notice if sheets were changed but it seems fresh and lovely every night) . Bathroom fresher up and towels changed if left in bath. Beautiful sunny balcony with a great view of pools and the sea to the left, mountains to the right . If I had any complaint it’s that the room walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours very clearly. I could hear our neighbour snoring one morning! But we were lucky that they were not loud in general. We made an effort to keep it down ourselves and I hope we did not disturb them either. The pools were the main reason I chose this hotel and they did not disappoint. Brilliant slides that my daughter absolutely loved. It was cold but honestly once you are in it’s fine. The lifeguards do a brilliant job at keeping everyone safe. Pool bar was often busy but if you keep an eye on it you can judge when to nip down. The snack bar was the same with basic snacks that kept everyone going till dinner. Staff were run of their feet but were all friendly and doing their very best. We were half board and had breakfast in hotel every day and it was so good. Lots and lots of choices. We ate every meal outside and it was a pleasure. Dinner was fine, we stuck to the salads and fish. Just personal preference really, not a huge fan of meat I haven’t bought and cooked myself. Benalmadena itself is brilliant, so many interesting eye catching things and the beaches and sun loungers were lovely. Lots of gorgeous places to eat too, we ate out three nights at the marina , the food was great and the staff were all friendly. Gosh I’ve ratted on lol 10/10 will definitely return .

So first time in Spain we went from 11 th of April till 18th . Hotel is very very clean and loads of varies of food to pick from . The hotel room isn't very big we had a double and two singles and our room was very cramped . We were pool side view which we were very happy , the views where beautiful the hills and scenery . Swimming pool was clean but very cold but didn't stop the kids they loved it . My stay was very good until a very rude cleaning staff member. Who cleans the toilets by the bar , my 7 year old daughter had to rush to the toilet quickly and she moved the wet floor sign and the older lady was saying nooo nooo In my face walked through the door towards the outside and slammed it behind her walked around talking to her self loudly with an angry expression on her face and then she decides to throw an object on the floor while I'm waiting for my daughter to come off the toilet . That's when I say something back as there is no need to shout stuff at me and my daughter .she walks down the stairs then talking to others kids nicely .I reported her the front desk as we were waiting for the coach , they said she had been dealt with even though I didn't show them who it was . I would not stay here again which is a shame how me and my daughter got treated was shameful .she is a 7 year old girl when she came out she was upset which she shouldn't of felt like that . It's a shame it's ended like that because of rude staff !!

We have stayed at 7 different Globales Hotels over the years and find them all kept at a very high standard. This hotel is very good for children and adults of all ages the evening entertainment could be better as it is mainly for kids.We are still here a the moment with another week to go I would certainly recommend this hotel for a great time with your kids. The food is very good and a microwave supplied for those who think it is not warm enough. The rooms are a good size for a couple and the shower pressure is fantastic. There a lot of sunbeds so no need for the usual towelers and a lot of quiet spots away from noisy kids.

Hotel is fantastic only issues were the food aspect, we found a British owned cafe called Ketchup just down the road proper tea bags and English breakfast. Also indimex about 5/10mins walk food was amazing so much choice and a free drink. Cheapest shops for snacks were further down, turn right at the bottom of the hill and just walk, the further you are from the hotel the cheaper the shops are. Beach is Shelly unless you go to the marina where it’s lovely sand.

Stayed for 6 nights as a family of 3 with a 6yr old. The hotel is nice, pool is great especially for the young children. The water was freezing but I’m sure it is warmer in the summer and it didn’t stop our son from enjoying it. We stayed half board and I’m glad we didn’t pay the difference to all inclusive as the snacks didn’t look appealing. The food (breakfast/dinner)was nice, little in choice of vegetables but plenty of nice salad. The rooms are very small, we asked for a bigger room and was happy to pay for this but it seems all rooms are one size. I’m not sure how families of 4 cope or those with older children as we were falling over each other. The walls are paper thin, you can hear most conversations, It’s not the most relaxing experience so don’t expect a good nights sleep ! We wouldn’t stay here again mainly due to the room size and paper thin walls but other than that the hotel is good.
