It is seen that it has been a 4-star hotel but being closed due to covid and then reopening is not up to that category. Many damages and very poor organization. Lack of animation and bar at night.

Before I say anything further the staff in this hotel were excellent,no complaints about the staff at all, however, the hotel is badly in need of a full refurbishment, it's very dated, our room was dull and dreary thank goodness it was only an overnight stay, the bed in the bedroom had what looked like stuffing coming out from under (what looked like a very old bed) the sofa bed in the living area was also very old and uncomfortable, the mattress didn't look too great either, bedding was clean tho, on using the toilet the seat kept falling off despite staff trying to fix it, the breakfast was OK, the pool area not too bad but a lot of the sun loungers definitely need replacing

Se nos iba la luz y volvía cada 10 min. Toda la noche saltando el tarjetero y el aire. Ventana del balcón siempre abierta manilla rota. Mucho ruido en la calle y por tanto en habitaciones que Dan a la calle. Ascensores rotos solo 2 en funcionamiento. La limpieza de habitaciones llega a la hora de almorzar cuando estas comiendo. Piscina que puede mejorar mucho. Buffet de desayuno muy justo la fruta e almíbar estaba mala con espuma y picante. La tv no se ven apenas canales. Una pena que un hotel asi esté con este plan.
