The whole process of check-in was very unpleasant. It took 1 hour to negotiate to get the room. The front desk staff were black-faced and rude.
The hotel is on the side of the road. It is very big and difficult to reach without a car. Several floors of the parking lot are empty. There is a charge, and many people do not use it. There are free parking spaces around the hotel.
The hotel is very big, with 3 buildings and only one mini swimming pool 🙄 closes at 19:00.

My friend and I decided on a last minute trip to Malaga and we loved our experience at this hotel! It’s clean, comfortable and modern, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food at the buffet restaurant was a good quality and varied each day. The rooftop bar and jacuzzis added something special! We will definitely return!

Booked this hotel for a short trip away with friends. The hotel was clean and modern with all the facilities you could need. The hotel itself is lush and in a beautiful setting the food is lovey and great choices every day. The hotel is in a great location for public transport in particular the train, which takes 25 minutes into Malaga, which is a stunning city. Thank you for a great stay and we will definitely return.

Fantastic hotel with direct access to the beach. Unrivalled views from its rooms which all face the sea. Friendly staff. We stayed on a bed and breakfast status. The selection of food at breakfast was amazing including sparkling wine The hotel in in a great location with transport links to get into Benalmadena or other resorts along the coast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Booked this hotel for a short trip away with my wife and 5 year old daughter. Got a good deal on the website during one of their sales. Hotel was clean and modern with all the essential facilities a family could need. Hotel appears to make an effort to keep families on the floors around lobby / restaurant, which is very helpful. We were lucky to have great weather for April. But what made me want to leave a review was the excellent hospitality we experienced from the entertainment staff and also the bar staff. They went above and beyond for our daughter and involved us in activities (without being pushy) Even when there were no other children around they put on the kids disco just for her, which she loved. The hotel itself is good, beautiful setting and the food is decent - but the people working in those areas in particular are what made our stay memorable and would make us return. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing hotel, would definitely recommend. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the bartenders and the entertainment team! The hotel is very easy to get to from the airport (Malaga) and is located on a nice beach. We had all inclusive and would get it again as it is definitely worth the money - good food and drink selection throughout the day.

Hotel situato davanti al mare con spiaggia riservata e piscina. Struttura imponente, ma accogliente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Il servizio di colazione è ad altissimo livello, soddasfa sicuramente le aspettative di tutti gli ospiti che possono decidere tra colazione dolce o salata. Le camere non sono enormi ma accoglienti e ben strutturate con l'aggiunta di un divano che all'occorrenza può diventare terzo letto. Tutte le stanze hanno un terrazzino privato, fronte mare, da dove si gode il sorgere del sole e dove si può degustare un aperitivo o la colazione. Il mio soggiorno è coinciso con il mio compleanno e mi hanno fatto trovare in camera una bottiglia di champagne e un biglietto di auguri ( pensiero molto gradito ). Servizi e pulizia delle camere molto soddisfacenti. Un consiglio: la struttura offre innumerevoli proposte per la consumazione dei pasti, dal Lobby Bar, al ristorante, al buffet, ma dovrebbe essere più elastica nei confronti degli ospiti. Una sera mia moglie non aveva voglia di cenare, ma non mi ha potuto accompagnare perchè avrebbe dovuto comunque pagare l'ingresso pur senza cenare. Per il resto tutto ok. Consiglio la struttura e sto personalmente valutando di tornarci.
