The experience in this hotel has been good, the hiring with tri I have to say that on the part of the company, there was a computer error, and we hired for 3 people, with the all-inclusive and once the reservation and payment was made, they sent us the reservation and only 2 people appeared, having paid the same amount as for 3 people, I am waiting for them to refund me the amount that I had to pay, for my daughter in the hotel so that she could have access to the all-inclusive, they have told me They are going to solve it for me and I am waiting.

Das Hotel war fenomenaal. Die Serviceangestellten sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Der beste und sympathischste war Alejandro. Er ist sehr ein aufgestellter und netter Mensch. Das Zimmer mit dem seitlichen Meerblick ist wunderschön. Die Damen, die das Zimmer aufgeräumt haben sind auch sehr sympathisch. Das Frühstück ist eine 10/10. Es gibt es grosse Auswahl an Sachen. Das beste waren die Churros, die Pancakes, die Tortilla und die Eier. Das Abendessen war auch spitze. Die Pizza, das Fleisch, die Gemüsemöglichkeiten. In diesem Hotel gibt es alles mögliche. Wir konnten im Hotel unseren Zoo und Aquariumbesuch buchen. Wir konnten die Fussballmatche in einem Saal schauen und es gibt einen Spielraum. Der Pool und die Animation waren sehr interessant. Im Hotel sind allgemein alle Angestellten sympathisch und ich würde immer wieder zurück kommen. Danke für alles. ＜3

Went for a family holiday with 2 kids, there was 6 of us altogether. The food was horrific red chicken that we sent back, and made us unwell, especially my daughter she had tummy ache the whole week. Not much options. For food and it’s always the same things everyday Indoor pool cost 24 euros for 2 people which it should be free considering it’s all inclusive also indoor bowling 12 euros rained the whole week so it would have helped if things didn’t cost, toilet in the apartments was leaking. Also in the reception area there was towels all over the place because it was leaking from so many places, cracks in the flooring . We had to check out at 12 and was told we had to give our bands back and didn’t have access to any of the food drinks we didn’t have to leave until 6 so if we didn’t go into town we wouldn’t have eaten. It’s wrong you should be all inclusive until you leave, bands cost £75 euros but you do get that back at the end of the holiday. Staff are lovely there, but things shouldn’t cost if it’s all inclusive. We was mainly in fungorola because things cost in the hotel world resort and wasn’t fun for the kids as it’s meant to be all inclusive.

I'm a seasoned global traveller.
******* messed up my private shuttles twice, I was travelling with young kids.
I booked my own and I'm still waiting for a refund.
I spent 4-hours on their chat and phone calls trying to resolve it, no solutions provided.
I kept a copy of the chat also, for reference.
The flight via Whizz appeared cheap, but isn't, they add £20-£25 to select a seat, normally I wouldn't care but I was travelling with kids, so needed to. Whizz also charged me £90 each way to check-in one bag, scandalous! - book a different flight company.
I booked this particular hotel for the kids as it showed lots of water parks, however they were all closed!!
This should have been advised in advance.
There are 3 or 4 hotels within the same complex and they don't actually tell you the hotel name until you've paid - the photos looked good, which is deliberate mis-selling!
I stayed at the Polynesia hotel, and the hotel itself is fine, nice architecture within, however it's facilities were also very very poor. Only one restaurant open, and although I paid for half-board they charge you for your minerals, beers and wine - one should be free min.
The one tiny paddling pool is surrounded by smokers, ditto the restaurant, this is not ideal for kids.
No other pool for free.
It has one indoor paid pool, its £15 for each adult, £12 for each kid, for one hour, its tiny!
Food was average, lacked taste, boring, we ate out, much better food locally.
You need a car, it's a long way out

Bueno es mi segunda vez qe visitó este establecimiento estuvimos en diciembre del 2023 y hemos estado en marzo 2024 y como en la vez anterior todo correcto nada que objetar camas cómodas bufet bueno y variado (antes no ponían embutidos en almuerzo y cena)haora si y es un acierto volveré a ir

Très très bel établissement. Visité en Mars en famille pour quelques jours près de Malaga, c'est vraiment un bel hôtel. Un rapport qualité prix à cette période très bon pour du tout inclus. Le personnel est très sympathique, la qualité de la restauration est très bonne, le bar niquel avec un large choix et la piscine intérieur est chaude est accessible. Attention bonnet obligatoire, si vous n'en avez pas, ils en vendent pas très chers (3,5€). Le stationnement est difficile sur le site mais on arrive à se débrouiller via des places pas très réglementaires mais les agents de sécurité sont très sympas. On avait pris l'option roulette qui tirait au sort la suite dans un des établissements et on ne regrette pas ce séjour. Nous souhaitons revenir hors période c'est top et calme. Animations (simples mais efficaces et surtout calme), mini disco, club enfants (attention très irrégulier ce qui a été la déception pour notre fille), concerts calmes et de qualité le soir... Toute la partie parc aquatique et jeux extérieur était fermée à cette période ce qui était compréhensible mais dommage car la météo était pas mal.

Tanto en Booking como en “Mapas” o Google la ubicación aparece en un sitio que no es. Sí, primera linea de “vistas al mar” pero no de playa. No está ubicado en la playa ni el paseo marítimo, está mas pegado a Fuengirola que a Benalmadena. El complejo està muy bien para no salir de él, pero te pierdes toda la vida del paseo y la playa. Si reservas por mapa, como fue nuestro caso la decepción es máxima, y no se hacen responsables, solo te dicen que te permiten cancelar sin coste… En fin… la puntuación se la doy por esa “publi engañosa”. Solo probamos la comida del bar de la piscina y dejó mucho que desear… patatas fritas, pizza… El chico de recepción encantador y la responsable cordial. Los otros que nos atendieron, no fueron tan “agradables”
