The staff was very kind and helpful and the majority of the facility was great. However, our room was not cleaned throughly - which seemed to be something that haven’t happened before. The pool was quite and discrete but could have been cleaned more. Because of the staffs helpfulness I could see myself stay here again in hope for a better cleaned room, meanwhile I could/would expect a refund on half of what we paid.
Many thumbs up, unfortunately many downs as well.

Fine rom med stort kjøkken og godt utvalg av kjøkkenutstyr. Vi hadde rom i 1. etg. hvor det var solsenger på balkong. Basseng i 3. etg. Veldig stille og rolig hotell med ikke altfor mange gjester. Rolig område med noen restauranter i nærheten. Ellers busstopp rett nedenfor hotellet. Må betale ekstra for rengjøring. Stort sett aldri noen resepsjon men vi kunne ringe eller sende tekstmelding til Lucas som var en svært hyggelig vert.

We'd spent time in many places in Malaga and knew we wanted to just take nice walks, enjoy the beach scene, but wanted the comfort of an ApartHotel.
This one stood out because of reviews & pix.
They were all dead-on.
The unit we got was 105 with a BIG terrace and a decent kitchen, very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom.
Although on a main street, traffic noise seemed to disappear in the evening through morning so really no impact.
We had a rental car, easily parked for free on the avenue in front of this place and used the #110 (stop one block away) and the #120 (two blocks away) to come back after long walks along the beachfront.
Rooftop [pool was lovely! Even first week of November we were able to swim (albeit water a tad chilly).
The kitchen is small in this unit, adequate for our simple needs (altho the combo oven was confusing even with the instructions sheet). Nescafe pod machine wasn't working when we checked in: quickly swapped out. Well equipped kitchen. Fiddling with TV settings you can change settings to revert foreign language shows to the original language (English, etc.)
Loved the design, space, comfort.
This isn't the hectic part of Benalmadena to the north but there are a half dozen restaurants nearby for Asian, pizza, and some upscale ocean front spots we loved.
A BIG Mercadona less than 5 minutes walk.
Really enjoyed this place - would happily return.

Todo fue muy bien. El apartamento cómodo, limpio y con buenas vistas.
Yo estuve por trabajo. No lo veo como un sitio para estar muchos días con niños.
Es muy fácil aparcar en los alrededores, aunque creo que hay parking privado si lo requieres contratar.

Very clean, friendly and quiet area.
Close by the beach and grocery stores. Good kitchen stuff and swimming pool and dining facilities.
Lukas ( the property manager) was very nice and friendly as well.

El apartamento cuenta con un baño y una habitación bastante grandes, pero lo que más especial lo hace es que tiene persianas que, además, son eléctricas, lo que evita por completo la entrada de luz y facilita que la habitación esté más fresca durante la noche sin necesidad de encender el aire acondicionado. No le pongo las 5 estrellas porque no realizan limpieza diaria, las camas las tienes que hacer tu mismo, cuando llegamos no había toallas ni productos de higiene en el baño (los tuvimos que pedir) y los colchones necesitan un cambio, por lo menos darles la vuelta. En cuanto a la ubicación, para gustos los colores, no por el apartahotel sino por el sitio donde se localiza.
