Hotel Peppertree Bend, BW Premier Collection

I stay at this hotel frequently when traveling to Bend. It’s conveniently located to everything; downtown, concert venue, Dutch Bros and great restaurants. I have recommended this hotel to friends and would recommend to strangers ina heart beat.

We had to make a last minute change to move to Peppertree and we are so glad we did! The hotel as a whole was fantastic and each staff member we encountered did a wonderful job!!

We stayed at this hotel, and everything was great. The hot breakfast and offerings were wonderful. all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant for dinner had good food as well. I would definitely stay here again! And the room rates were reasonable. Room was clean. No issues at all!

I stayed at the Hotel Peppertree in Bend, OR, part of Best Western Hotels & Resorts, and experienced a serious security breach. My family and I were given keys to an occupied room, giving us access to someone's personal belongings, including luggage and electronics. Despite reporting this immediately to the front desk, we received no follow-up or apology from the hotel management during our stay. What is even more appalling is the complete lack of responsibility displayed by Best Western's corporate office. After reporting the incident on April 20, 2024 (Customer Service Number: CR838680), and being assured it would be handled by Hotel Peppertree directly, I discovered my case had been marked as resolved without any communication occurring. A month has passed with no attempts at resolution from Hotel Peppertree or Best Western corporate. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I am extremely displeased and strongly caution others when choosing accommodations. You may have a random person enter your room, and this hotel does not care.

Clean, friendly, great location for going to Mt Bachelor. Breakfast is outstanding!

Great showers. Room was clean, quiet. Staff were friendly. Convenient location. Price was great for such a nice room and all the other amenities. Have already recommended to relatives for their stay coming up in March. We will stay here again.

This place looks way better than it actually looks is. They took the old best western and just painted over the mold and swept out the ants without actually taking care of any core problem. As a customer who accidentally wandered into the kitchen I can testify to the ants in the prep room. The amenities are probably the best part and they were cleaning the pool during my stay because someone got sick after swimming. Gross!! Bagels were delicious and it’s too bad we never saw the breakfast attendant during breakfast.

Wi-Fi didn’t work. Super disappointed as we needed to work.
