This motel is the best bargain-priced place to stay within walking distance of downtown Bend. It’s not a new motel, but they continue upgrading rooms and my last stay was in a very newly furnished room with king bed — very nice!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were better than average. Housekeeping came daily! This is a no frills motel but it was an excellent place to stay. We will stay here again!

I got trapped in my room because the lock broke and my shower filled with fecal sewer water randomly in the morning and the staff did nothing to help and did not refund me my deposit

Lobby couple said looking for new cleaning staff. Lobby staff were friendly and apologetic. Hairs on sheets upon pulling back blanket, pillow had a drool(?) spot on it. Fan in bathroom was really noisy, as well as fan in furnace. Dirty furniture, never got wifi, ad said continental breakfast but none. She came and changed the bed linens. Price was good. I guess you get what you pay for.
