We have really liked staying in Springhill suites by Marriott when we travel lately and definitely recommend. Nikkole helped get our whole group set up and made sure all families received the correct rate. Highly recommend Marriott and if you get a chance to work with Nikkole she will definitely take care of you!

My family and I love all of the Springhill Suites hotels! That’s usually where we end up staying. Nichole was amazing and helped us get our large group booked for a weekend away in Bend. She made sure we were all able to stay together, which was amazing. Our group was a lot of work, but she went above and beyond making sure we were all taken care of.

Motel was clean and modern. Pool was small, wasn't to happy about the surprise parking fee. They also charge for wifi if you use it. Nothing was mentioned about that. They have a hidden fee for everything here that would normally be included in other motels.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety. Pool was great and hot tub was nice. Gym was nice. Our TV only had a select few channels that worked the first night we were there. Our room phone had the busy tone every time we tried to call the front desk so we had to go downstairs when we needed something. I told the front desk but there wasn’t much resolution. The walls are paper thin, we got a room on the 4th floor (away from all the families staying there for the wrestling tournament that weekend) and still got woken up early by people with kids next door. Parking $15 a night to park in the parking lot but we should have parked near the curb and walked a little closer. Would do things a little differently but I think we would consider staying again for the location.

Overall excellent. I was surprised that Ibhad to pay for parking. We were a mile out of downtown and there was plenty of free parking around.
