늦은밤에 도착해 다음날 새벽에 체크아웃하여 잘 모르지만 위치는 환승할 비행장에서 가까워서 좋았어요 직원들도 친절 하였고ᆢ 다만 아쉬운점은 온도 조절 장치가 없어서 매우 추윘습니다

The room was OK, there were toothbrushes but no slippers, only one large bath towel, and the kettle was too big and leaked slightly. The soundproofing was not good, it depends on the location of the room. I asked for a wake-up call at 5 o'clock, and the front desk actually knocked on the door.

When I arrived at the hotel there was no one to help me with my bags, the attendant later told me that I would have to ask. I asked about the restaurant and the answer was that it was closed but would open at the end of the day, which was not true. The hotel does not have a restaurant. And I was robbed. Every day when I closed the bedroom door I checked to see if it was closed. On the last day, when I closed the door and checked, it wouldn't close. I noticed that there was a scratch in the part where the latch goes in to close the door, as if someone had stuck a screwdriver in it. When I arrived at my other destination, I realized that my earrings and some crystals that I brought were not in any of my bags. One was sealed but the other had a secret, and I discovered that it was useless because they opened the suitcase both in the previous hotel, while I was taking a tour of the city, and in this hotel. I took everything valuable with me, but the jewelry and crystals remained at the hotel. I will not return to this hotel under any circumstances. As for the door not closing, the attendant told me that someone would check, the person spoke to me and said he would come and check, but he never came back, so I couldn't leave the room to have coffee in the terminal, staying until it was time to go to the airport. When I left I spoke to the attendant who gave a small, awkward smile.

Stayed one night in Jakarta for a layover. Although it was a sofa, I could lie flat and it was quite comfortable. The air conditioning was adequate (it was a bit cold if it was turned on too high), and the public washroom was quite clean.
