the staff are friendly and professional. the cafe's chef was quite good. the beds clean and comfortable,
the hotel however was designed by a nincompop. there was barely four inches between the front of the toilet and the wall. the sink is designed to splash. the lights cannot all be controlled from the bedside.
overall i had a pleasant stay.

I had a very unpleasant and disappointing stay at this hotel, service was extremely bad and food was awful, was served with stale food rather. Never going to think about this hotel again.

Amazing ambience, good food spread and the team thoroughly enjoyed the moments, recommend for corporate events. The whole atmosphere was electrifying with enthusiasm and the arrangements by the staff was perfect, the atria was cordial , thanks to Vikas and team for those cherished moments

We wanted to host a birthday party on 27May2024 for about 20 people. Our request for a poolside party was pleasantly accepted at no extra cost. The entire area was made exclusive for us. Mr Vikash ensured we were all comfortable. Mr Karthik and Mr Abdul served us at our tables quite efficiently, never letting the starters stop. They took good care of both veg and non-veg needs of guests. A lovely cake was brought by us. Abut we forgot to tell the Radisson Atria folks that we will be bringing a cake. To our surprise, the GM Mr Girish organized a cake and also a beautiful bouquet for the birthday girl! The music changed when the cake was being cut to birthday song, with ringing of bells! The buffet spread was extremely good for both veg and non-veg options. The quality and number of dishes of lamb, chicken and fish with different cuisines, was outstanding. Desserts were good, could have been better. This hotel is now a new favorite for my family. We would love to drop in again and will happily recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to host a party.
