One of the modest staff and helpful but about the room quite disappointed regarding water spoilage and dirty balcony Same was highlighted in my email where we stayed in 1536 and also instead of rohit Gowda we have mentioned Sharath Gowda Thank you Mr rohit for the kindness and great work of keeping us helpful

Enjoyed our stay, staff is very hospitable and aim to please. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Japanese restaurant is awsome.

Shantaram thank you your help. I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful way to start the day. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Very average room on the 2nd floor. Lowest floor. Likely the worst they have. Old musty and smelly. I’m Titanium Elite and hoped they might upgrade me. No such luck. Just a lecture on how they don’t have better rooms whilst the app says they do. I used points I know but if that was going to make me a second class guest I’d have stayed somewhere else

Shantaram was kind and the hotel room was very neat. It was nice to have a cubbon park nearby. I'll come again next time. There were various options for breakfast, and in-room dining and upper crust were also great. I'll also use it for my next business trip.

Hotel was very well laid out with a fantastic staff. Location is close to other good places to visit and walkable. ITC Gardenia has good food venues, a good fitness center and top notch staff. Specifically, Prahalad was very kind and efficient, and helped when I asked for assistance. Highly recommend!
