總機Z特別棒，酒店附近周邊的配套設施都完善了，酒店位置很好，坐高鐵也都很方便。服務真的很好，也很熱情，設施齊全，貼心的全程服務關注到我們的入住。入住手續辦理的很快，介紹的很仔細。設備先進，房間也非常整潔，服務好，每天客房大姐都會主動幫忙打掃衞生，浴缸很乾凈，感覺很衞生，洗漱用品每天都會補的很齊全，工作人員親切，禮貌，網絡非常好，五樓的健身房設施先進，設備都很齊全，游泳池很乾凈！

總機Z特別熱情，五樓有健身房，住客免費，泳池水温剛好，水很乾凈。服務好，很實惠，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。特別表揚前台服務超級好，按照要求安排了一個很滿意的房間，房間非常安靜，設施齊全，非常舒適，空調温度也正好，房間有浴缸浴袍，設備先進，有好幾種枕頭可以選擇，房間也有零食和飲料，也可以叫酒店送餐，酒店五樓設有健身房，住客免費使用。

總機Z早上的叫醒服務很好，按時叫醒。酒店裝飾也很好看，每位員工都面帶微笑，蚌埠人民熱情好客。有幸品嚐了二樓中餐廳的徽菜，非常好吃，服務也好。前台服務很周到，全程微笑服務，態度特別好。一進門禮賓幫忙拿行李，酒店衞生很好，服務好，設施設備都很齊全，五樓配備健身房和泳池，住客都是免費使用的。禮賓台可以寄存行李。非常不錯，一樓有西餐廳，種類比外面的自助餐廳豐富，口感很好。
